We are a relatively freshly formed guild, though most of our 25m group have done the entire WotLK together under a different guild. Core group has been raiding together for a long time now (since start of Classic and further back).

Raiding schedule
20:00-23:00 ST Wednesday and Monday.
Sometimes using just Wednesday while clearing all raids. Currently clearing full ToGC, Onyxia and a select few bosses in Ulduar, using full Wednesday time or spliting raiding hours into short Wednesday and Monday runs. Optional 10mans (multiple runs, depending on signups) happen on off-raiding days.
We will definitely use both days (Mo + We) for ICC progression. In the long term, we plan to continue to Cata, should it come.

About us
Our goal is to clear all WotLK on the hardest modes as efficiently as possible and it has been happening so far. We don’t accept any misbeaviour and do not compromise on the human aspect of a guild and raid environment, but also aren’t going to wipe to repeated mistakes. Everyone begins at some point, which is fine as long as you strive to constantly improve and put at least basic effort into raiding (using text / video guides for bosses, knowing your class - not just basic rotation, but perks it offers etc.). We wouldn’t tolerate any elitist behaviour, calling people out for mistakes etc., but we also wouldn’t raid with anyone who would take an honest and polite suggestion for improvement personally. It is vital to bring your A-game, know how to use consumables optimally etc., but it is also absolutely necessary to know how to kill a guildie when the floor collapses in ToC. That being said - jokes aside, minimal requirements:

• Know your class and / or be open to discussion on improving
• Fully enchant and gem your gear
• Bring appropriate consumables (feasts are provided by the guild)
• Sign up early, strive for high attendance and be on time. Real life issues come first and emergency happens every now and then, but we want to know as much ahead as possible. Most of us is nearing or just entered their 30s, so we understand a lot, just require a honest communication.

We have been using loot council and will continue to do so for the remainder of ToGC. We’re looking into other methods of loot distribution for ICC and will communicate everything transparently.

Recruitment itself
Any class will be judged based on knowledge and attitude; we’re first and foremost looking for people with similar view of the game.

At the moment, we have a stable group with some people ready on the bench; that being said, we’re still looking to add some competitivness to our roster via following classes:

Capsule Corp | Firemaw Alliance [EU] is a semi-hardcore group of friends that have been playing since the start of classic WoW. We have a strong and stable core containing a lot of players with raiding experience from the early retail-days. We are looking for strong additions to finish our roster. About us

NotD has been an active raiding guild on Golemagg since Molten Core. We have a strong core in the guild with many players having played with us since Molten Core. We are an international guild with people from all over Europe, so being able to speak English is a requirement. Signups for the raid are handled via discord and rosters posted 48h prior to the raid. Benching is done based on raid composition, performance and rotation.

<Who are Synthesis>

Synthesis is a Horde guild on Gehennas EU, we transferred from Firemaw where we were previously named Fusion. We are a group of players who played together originally on Shazzrah since classic launch, brought together mainly from the vanilla Twilight’s Hammer server and consisting of guilds like: Path of Wreckage, The Dark Realm, Amphitere, Paramount and others.

A little backstory about us - When Shazzrah sadly became such an inactive realm and blizzard opened it up for free transfers, we decided to transfer our guild and community to Firemaw to continue our epic wow adventures on a more populated realm. More recently due to faction imbalance becoming an issue on Firemaw, we made the decision to transfer to Gehennas in preparation for WOTLK classic.

As a collective the majority of us all have had ties with each other spanning from Vanilla to current retail. We have come back for the love of what was Vanilla and is now classic! (well apparently not very close, but it is what it is - with its shortcomings and whatnot!)

We were all mostly hardcore raiders but the difference from then to now is that we are all older and have families, but the passion and ability still remains - at times at least:-D!

Loot System: We run a turn based loot council system - we have ratio’s assigned on shared items to make sure each class has loot representation.

Required consumables/gems and enchants are to be expected.
Our logs are public, and we use logging to improve/monitor performance.

We are looking for like minded people, most of us range from mid 20’s to late 30’s with a few north of that! We do not really do drama/edgy stuff and it is not tolerated as we have shown with encounters in the past. Generally a relaxed atmosphere, with the random pun here and there and an active discord!
