Oilshire rekrutterer nye spiller for vårt andre raid team (R2) for Ulduar, som fokuserer på høy prestasjon med rom for god stemning. Lootsystemet vi bruker er LC. Vi clearer hele Ulduar med alle hard modes på en kveld inkludert yogg0. Vi kjører totalt 2 raid teams på forskjellige nivåer. R1 som er speedrun fokusert, R2 som IKKE fokuserer på speedrun, men fremdeles høy prestasjon.

Mandager 19-23:00 (kun under progression)

Vi er på spesiellt utkikk etter en feral druid og en hunter. Vurderer alle eksepsjonelle spillere uavhengig av class. Socials er alltid velkommen!

We are a relatively freshly formed guild, though most of our 25m group have done the entire WotLK together under a different guild. Core group has been raiding together for a long time now (since start of Classic and further back).

Raiding schedule
20:00-23:00 ST Wednesday and Monday.
Sometimes using just Wednesday while clearing all raids. Currently clearing full ToGC, Onyxia and a select few bosses in Ulduar, using full Wednesday time or spliting raiding hours into short Wednesday and Monday runs. Optional 10mans (multiple runs, depending on signups) happen on off-raiding days.
We will definitely use both days (Mo + We) for ICC progression. In the long term, we plan to continue to Cata, should it come.

About us
Our goal is to clear all WotLK on the hardest modes as efficiently as possible and it has been happening so far. We don’t accept any misbeaviour and do not compromise on the human aspect of a guild and raid environment, but also aren’t going to wipe to repeated mistakes. Everyone begins at some point, which is fine as long as you strive to constantly improve and put at least basic effort into raiding (using text / video guides for bosses, knowing your class - not just basic rotation, but perks it offers etc.). We wouldn’t tolerate any elitist behaviour, calling people out for mistakes etc., but we also wouldn’t raid with anyone who would take an honest and polite suggestion for improvement personally. It is vital to bring your A-game, know how to use consumables optimally etc., but it is also absolutely necessary to know how to kill a guildie when the floor collapses in ToC. That being said - jokes aside, minimal requirements:

• Know your class and / or be open to discussion on improving
• Fully enchant and gem your gear
• Bring appropriate consumables (feasts are provided by the guild)
• Sign up early, strive for high attendance and be on time. Real life issues come first and emergency happens every now and then, but we want to know as much ahead as possible. Most of us is nearing or just entered their 30s, so we understand a lot, just require a honest communication.

We have been using loot council and will continue to do so for the remainder of ToGC. We’re looking into other methods of loot distribution for ICC and will communicate everything transparently.

Recruitment itself
Any class will be judged based on knowledge and attitude; we’re first and foremost looking for people with similar view of the game.

At the moment, we have a stable group with some people ready on the bench; that being said, we’re still looking to add some competitivness to our roster via following classes:

Pumpers of almost any class

Capsule Corp | Firemaw Alliance [EU] is a semi-hardcore group of friends that have been playing since the start of classic WoW. We have a strong and stable core containing a lot of players with raiding experience from the early retail-days. We are looking for strong additions to finish our roster. We are WoW veterans with tons of hardcore achievements both in PvP and PvE aspects of the game. We are searching for a crew to join us conquering Icecrown.

Who are we❓

We are around 10 people that have been playing together for more than a decade. We achieved 11th Ragnaros kill worldwide when Classic WoW launched. A lot of us have progressed through various raids in almost every WoW expansion ever. Some of us come with Gladiator title on various PvP seasons and some of us are ex-hardcore PvE players so we are trying to form an environment that we all enjoy in a common ground.

What does “Semi Hardcore” mean for us❓

We value the time of our raiders. So we expect our raiders to have full consumables and maxed professions. We do not force anyone to pick up Engineering, but a character without professions shouldn’t be acceptable in a healthy raiding guild.

Lastly but most importantly, we want all of our raiders to focus on improving themselves and their main characters through the expansion.

Our goal is to lead a guild that is built for killing bosses efficiently without anyone being forced to carry anyone else’s shortcomings.

What does “Semi Hardcore” not mean for us❓

Doing split runs to min-max gearing unnecessarily, doing speed runs to show how “good” we are, making 2 raids to gear main raiders and poach players from the second team, expecting minimum 95 parse from everyone. We do not seek these trends.

Raid Days

Sunday - 15:00 ST to 18:00 ST
Monday - 20:00 ST to 23:00 ST (If absolutely necessary for 25 man progress)

Both days are for the 25-man raids. We are forming 10-man raids separately, but attendance won’t be mandatory.

Loot Distribution

Loot council is our preferred method, however, we temporarily need a few pugs per week therefore we will stick to SR for a while. The moment we have enough raiders, we’ll switch back to LC. We prioritize best performing members to get the most important BiS pieces first while tracking which item is best for which spec. This also doesn’t mean lower-performing members won’t get any loot.

LC will never be unfairly biased towards veteran members and we never faced a loot drama with how we distribute loot in the past guilds we’ve led.
