We are a group of 3-4 experienced raiders seeking a stable guild for the upcoming War Within expansion. Due to unfortunate timing with previous guilds disbanding, we’re on the hunt for a new home that prioritizes clear communication, steady progression, but also an enjoyable raid environment.

About Us:

• Dedicated Players: We put significant effort into understanding our classes and raid mechanics, as well as any prep needed for raiding at higher level, such as gearing like m+ runs, consume, looking up tactics beforehand and all that good stuff. Some of us even doing some raiding testing on the beta, and the new m+ dungeons.

• Skilled and Adaptable: We’ve achieved Mythic experience (Nelth M S2, Tindral M S3) from our previous guilds across 4 of us.

  
  

• Focus on Tactics: We prioritize understanding fight mechanics over raw damage output, but who doesn’t like to pump too when possible!

  
  

• Communication and age: We all have mics and are not afraid to speak during raids and we are all 25+.

  
  

• Class Composition:

  
  
  • Confirmed: Windwalker Monk (me) & Shadow Priest (friend 1)
  • Flexible: Rdruid/Hunter (friend 2, open to other classes/spec too, playing Ench Sham currently)
  • Potential, but confirmed class: Warlock (friend 4, negotiable based on guild needs as 4 can be a lot to take at once)

• Raiding days: Preferably 2 days raiding guild, but 3 is fine.

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Established Guild: A guild actively preparing for The War Within with a core roster of 20+ players going into the expansion.
• Transparency & Feedback: Open communication, transparency and constructive criticism are highly valued, going both ways.
• Raiding Focus: We’re interested in guilds targeting Mythic progression, aiming for CE in a timely manner.
• Positive and Performance-Driven Culture: We value a fair and inclusive raid environment where players are given opportunities to prove themselves and contribute to the team’s success. We want clear and consistent loot distribution policies, promoting a culture of gearing progression for raiders who are actively performing.
• Understanding of Rotational Raiding: We acknowledge the need for rotating players based on encounter specifics, meaning we don’t require for us all to play together at all times.

This may sound serious, but don’t worry - we know how to have fun! We enjoy playing together, include others in our activities, and remember it’s a game – laughs and good times are a must, that’s what we are all here for but we also want you to understand we taking raiding seriously.
