Luxgarde is a small, raid-focused guild which aims to foster a genuine camaraderie within our membership. If you’re searching for good fun and epic kills, drop me a line at original_luxa on Discord.

Luxgarde is located on the Exodar / Alleria / Medivh / Khadgar realm cluster. While players on these realms are especially encouraged to apply, we are currently welcoming any and all to our raid team. With cross-faction guilds already here and cross-realm guilds coming in The War Within, raiders who join now can choose to transfer, or to remain on their home realm.

We want to enjoy World of Warcraft, and we believe the best way to do so is to play alongside a welcoming group of like-minded players. WoW is not our second job; most of us have full-time jobs, families, and real-life commitments, which categorically supersede anything in-game.

We welcome raiders of all backgrounds and experience levels, and are excited and happy to teach raiding basics and more complex raid principles! Our raid leaders are also confident in explaining highlights of boss mechanics so that new raiders can hit their stride right away!

Requirements

• Level 70
• English fluency
• Positivity, kindness, and patience
• A drive to improve as a World of Warcraft PvE player
• Ability to commit to scheduled guild raid times and willingness to provide advance notice of absences whenever reasonable and possible

NOT Requirements

• Heroic raid experience (Normal or LFR experience is strongly preferred but not required)
• High parses
• Numbers-focused attitude
• More than 5 hours of commitment per week

Greetings.

I have been putting this off for too long, so here goes:

The time has come for me to assemble a new team under an old banner. Temerity is an old guild name I am reviving for The War Within with a focus on AOTC and Keystone Hero level play (at minimum).

I am currently looking for any and all abled-bodied players that are interested in accomplishing those goals (as I am).

I should note, this will not be the character leading the guild in War Within. Because of the possible reaction from my current guild, I will need to keep my identity under wraps for the time being.

Things to know about me and the expectations for this guild:

I am a multiple AOTC and Keystone Hero level player myself. I feel like this is the perfect “sweet spot� for gameplay in the game.

This will be an adult guild, where adult talk may happen on Discord. If you have trouble with that kind of talk, you may need to look elsewhere.

I will be banning hate speech of any kind and major discussions on politics, for obvious reasons.

This will be a guild where we don’t expect people to make WoW their second job. Your personal life comes first, if you want to spend it with us, great, if you need to be elsewhere, you won’t be penalized by the guild for it.

We will encourage grouping with EVERYBODY in the guild, and not just making little groups that go off and do their own thing. If you’re a tank, healer, or DPS, you will be expected to offer your services to EVERYONE who wants to do content, but likewise, you won’t be required to group up if you are working on your own thing. I don’t want to see “cliques� form, that will only cause people to feel left out and want to find another guild.

One last thing: This guild will operate on Wheaton’s Law: “Don’t be a (paraphrased) jerk�. If you’re the type of person who enjoys antagonizing others, you won’t last long here.

Raid schedule is not set in stone yet, but I’m eyeballing a possible Saturday/Sunday timeframe. This will be up for discussion once we have a viable roster.

As this server cluster works on CST, we will be operating within that for scheduling. I currently reside in EST but I’ve already adjusted to the hour difference.

As stated above I cannot reveal my “main� yet, so for now you will have to respond to this thread which I will monitor or simply apply to the guild on Dentarg/Whisperwind. Please mention in the note that you saw the forum post so I know. You can also send this character an in-game mail if you have questions at Cardew-Dentarg.

WARCRAFT is a highly active, raiding guild on the merged realms of Khadgar/Alleria/Exodar/Medivh, and we are recruiting!

AOTC focused Guild established in March of 2015. We have nearly every AOTC since Highmaul and usually dip our toes into mythic.

Core spots available. We are looking for reliable players to push progression and end game content.

The raid schedule:
Tuesday 9-11p EST
Wednesday 9-11p EST
Thursday 9-11p EST

You are expected to be on time with flasks, pots, enchants, gems, and smiles. If you need something, just ask! We are a TEAMWORK-oriented guild.

The atmosphere:

We offer a highly active, social, teamwork oriented, adult environment. We believe in player development, including gearing and training players without elitism or cliques. We do not have any ilvl requirements to join our guild. Gear can be easily obtained, but good people are priceless.

Hello friends! We are AVALANCHE, an AOTC focused (Heroic only) guild that is all about Raiding, Community and Fun. We wish to do sufficiently challenging content while also allowing our players freedom to have fun and lives outside of the game and support each others endeavors and playstyles.
