Special Friends is a longstanding, midcore guild looking to recruit new friends to progress with us in Dragonflight and beyond! Through the years we’ve always striven to do our very best, which has included Ahead of the Curve and many early-to-mid mythic boss kills on our “casual�, six hours a week raid schedule. Our goal is simply to progress as far as possible within the two raid days we have, and enjoy doing so with our close-knit community.

Many of our members have been in Cutting Edge or hardcore raiding guilds in past expansions dating back to Vanilla. Today, we find ourselves a little older and with a little more life in the way, most of us with careers and families. The majority of our player base are facing the boss called Adulthood, in their late 20s to their late 30s, they still want to kill bosses efficiently but not without also having fun with our friends while doing it. Our policies are pretty relaxed, but when it comes down to raiding, we do take new content and our raid times seriously. We expect our members to be diligent raiders, showing up on time and fully prepared. We understand that real life is more important than a game, and occasional absences will happen. With this in mind, we simply ask that our members keep us informed on Discord in the event they will miss a raid and maintain as close to 100% attendance as possible during progression.

Currently, has a roster size of approximately 25 raiders of varying desires ranging from mythic progression to casual orientation, including a number of new recruits. Our core has been together for many years and values the relationships we’ve built together as friends over progress in game. We expect everyone to be dedicated to the game and pushing the limit, but do not consider ourselves a Cutting Edge guild at this time. Finally, we expect everyone to act like adults in our guild; take responsibility for errors or mistakes you make, have thick skin and be able to take a joke, and be open to constructive criticism - we’re happy to coach, but you’ve got to put in the effort first and foremost. That said, we’re an inclusive guild that is welcoming to all - just understand that raid spots are earned, and you may be asked to sit on progression encounters if a certain composition is needed or depending on the extent of your past raid experience. We operate as a team, not as individuals.

At the moment, we are looking for raiders with at least AOTC (and ideally Mythic) experience as we progress further into Mythic. • Other raids may be added and are completely optional, they will be announced and generally are normal clears or alt runs.

Worthy is an Aussie guild formed at the start of 2014. We are a mix of player base, ranging from ex-cutting edge members through to players picking up the game for the first time.

About us:

• We’re a (mostly) mature bunch who love WoW but don’t have as much time as we used to
• We’re looking to build not just a raid team, but a friendly and tight-knit community
• We have a very low tolerance for elitism, toxicity, and general drama
• Our aim for each tier is primarily AOTC and Keystone Master/Hero for those interested in pushing keys. We may attempt a few early Mythic bosses when we get to a stable team of 20 if there is enough interest, but won’t be extending to more than 1 night or aiming for CE
• Our leadership team is friendly and welcoming to all
• Outside of raiding we’re keen on M+ and have several Keystone Hero groups running nightly for keys

Our raid time:

• 7pm – 11pm AEDT (ST) Wed
• At the start of new tiers we sometimes run an optional 2nd night on Sundays where we focus on Normal/alt clears where there is enough interest from members

We’re looking for players who:

• Are friendly and have a great attitude to raiding – patience and a willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback are desired attributes. We don’t claim to be god tier players either – so we’ll always be open to feedback and suggestions from you in return!
• Ideally have previously experienced some form of high-level raiding in WoW (e.g. AOTC+), but lacking in time to commit to a hardcore Mythic guild
• Will research every fight prior to raid night and come prepared
• As a bunch of (mostly) mature gamers we will always strongly encourage and support members to put RL over gaming, however as we will be raiding on limited hours/days, we need people who will reliably show up most of the time, and notify us in advance if they can’t

Specific recruitment needs:

• Ranged DPS roles currently available (Recruiting all Ranged specs to help strengthen our ranged roster)
• 1x Healer position is also currently available. Suggest having a DPS offspec prepared as well but this is not a requirement.

Enshadowed-US-Thrall is a semi-casual raiding guild, formed in 2008 on US-Wildhammer, then Stormreaver, and now Thrall in 2021. We are made up of players with a variety of experience in WoW, from vanilla to new players and most of us have been playing together for a long time over a decade.

We Achieve AOTC every tier and while getting “Cutting Edge� is not our main goal, we would like to attain the numbers and players who want to invest in going FURTHER than AOTC and down as many Mythic bosses as the season allows.

RAIDING + MYTHIC PLUS

OUR CURRENT ROSTER NEEDS:
(Just a note, while we are looking for players who want to do mythic bosses and higher keys, Anyone who wants to raid and STOP at AOTC CAN apply. They do not need to go to Mythic and will not be put on the MYTHIC raid Roster.

• Reliable DPS - bonus classes would be Mage, Spriest, Demon Hunter

• Full on Heals for raid. If you can flex dps for raid/tank-heal for Mythic plus then thats a bonus.

OVER ALL? Invested raiders and team members. We raid only 2 days a week and expect raiders not to be “raid loggers� who simply assume the raid will gear them and only sign on those days. Play the game. Be punctual, know your class and be courteous about showing up for raid and most of all be “chill� we want to down bosses but have fun doing so.

Only interested in Mythic Plus? We are certainly looking for more players to push keys. Being dual specced and having the ability to tank or heal is a HUGE plus**.

What We expect:
• Raiders must do Mythic Plus. If you do not enjoy it, that’s fine but this may not be the raiding guild for you.
• To be punctual and raid ready (food, flasks etc)
• Know your class, we provide logs but will not babysit your logs, up to you to improve.
•Don’t be a raid logger, The GM knows everyone, if they never met you…that’s a problem.
•Use our discord. We pay for it for a reason and encourage our guildies to use it as the home and to connect with other guildies. Play together.

OUR COMMUNITY

There are no specific requirements for players who do not wish to raid. If you wish to pvp, do achievements, gather mats to your hearts content, tell us bad jokes in discord (we use discord A LOT in this guild…) you can have a home here.

Be an “altoholic� (we have tons of those)~ All we ask as that you be inclusive, nice, and mature. Returning players, Mythic Plus Busters and anyone looking for a home is also welcome to join and be part of our community. We just ask that you be active in discord. You will find that the guild tends to be chatty there and THAT is where you will find most of us doing content.

We are looking for more players to fill out our raid team and generally hang with. We raid on Thursday from 8-10pm EST and do a lot of m+ outside of that, just not scheduled.

We try really hard to be welcoming to new and inexperienced players while also being efficient with our raid time given we only go for 2 hours a week.
