Hello!

We are a new group of experienced raiders and multiple CE from the late Ajantis that want to keep on doing high end content after our previous guild decided to stop raiding. We achieved 12/12 M in under 6 weeks of forming and have been going strong since and now have our first hall of fame.

We are seeking a few classes to fill in the last few spots for Shadowlands.

About Us:
@ US-Turalyon (Horde) is recruiting for our mythic progression core. We are an eclectic group of passionate individuals who value our time and progression. Our founding members are comprised of long-time hardcore raiders who have been playing together since TBC. Our officer core have extensive US top 10 experience as officers/GMs. Our members have a bevy of notable accomplishments which include numerous US top 10 kills and achievements. We have since settled into a more relaxed 3-night raid schedule but maintain our former hardcore mentality especially regarding personal responsibility/awareness, efficiency, and preparation.

Our players are mature, driven, competitive, and always looking to improve themselves and their fellow raiders. Over the years, we have learned to give and take criticism and communicate our goals with each other in a collaborative, professional, progression-minded atmosphere. During progression we use our time efficiently, maintain focus, and exercise discipline; however, while on farm the atmosphere is more relaxed. Who we are:

For Science is a late night guild that was formed back in the start of legion. We are a cutting edge guild that balances mythic raiding progression and having fun. We are a a guild that has become a family. Everyone here quickly becomes friends and enjoys playing and hanging out with each other in discord while playing wow and many other games as well. We recruit raiders on performance and personality. We want to have a fun relaxed environment while still being able to down these bosses.
We are friends before anything in this guild and you will come to find that quickly. We help people we raid with, we play other games and hang out in discord on non raid nights. We rarely ever lose our raiders because of the environment this guild has provided for everyone.

Raid Schedule:

We raid Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10pm-1am PST (1am-4am EST).
Optional off night for Heroic/alts on Mondays.

Expectations:

1: Personality is key. We want mature, easy going raiders who enjoy raiding and want to be here to have a good time with us.
2: You need to have some mythic logs showing you have past/current experience in end game mythic raiding or can perform at a CE guild’s level.
3: We raid 9 hours a week. Time is valuable. We need you to be on time, that means the boss is being pulled at 10:00pm PST.
4: We also expect you to know the boss strats and what your role is in the fight. Again, we raid 9 hours. Raids go a lot smoother when everyone has done their research.
5: You MUST be in discord at raid time with a working microphone.
6: Attendance must be near 100%. If you can’t make it you MUST let us know via our absent for raid channel or a DM to an officer.
7: You are expected to be fully prepared for raid. Enchants, Gems, Food, and flasks are provided but we can’t wait around for you!

Just to be clear: We are not recruiting because of lack of raiders, we are recruiting for getting the best players in the GMT+8 timezone to reach the clear goal being one of the leading GMT+8 guild on US-Frostmourne and the clear goal of being a „Famed slayer guild“!

Progress:
Founded in February and first CE in Nathria with the guild in June 10/10 M.

Our Motivation is clear:

• We want to get CE every tier as soon as possible to focus more on m+, alts and PvP after.
  -We don’t want to pug for the content we play. That means we aim for finding people for high keys, Alt low keys, Arena matches and especially for Raids.
  -We want a lively Discord with people who like to chat and try out progressively as a group, constantly improving together and thus reaching higher and higher ranks.
  -We want to play with people who are interested in their class and who like to watch a class / Boss /mythic plus video or use Simcraft in their free time.

Raid times:

Standard raid days: Wednesday, Thursday, Monday 08:30 GMT +8 to 11:30 GMT+8 (we might end at 00:00 during progress)

We will add Sunday for progress when the next tier starts. Now it’s an optional day.
