DRAGONFLIGHT
Wooly has seen expansive growth in Dragonflight, with our goals of continual community outreach and member content being a primary focus within our community. We promote a myriad of team-based content via M+ (KSM, KSH, & seasonal Hero teams), and the continual success of our 9x raid teams.

Beyond the holy trinity of raiding, M+, and PVP, we’re also focused on providing more social content in the form of collectable runs (mounts, transmog, & Dragon customizations! ), bounties, geo-guessing events, Timewalking raids, Warfronts, Islands, and social raids for our Wooly community members.

RAID RECRUITMENT
We’re seeking applicants of ALL ROLES interested in the varying levels of raiding that we offer in Wooly, from our Normal entry level raid teams to our Mythic CE teams. Our rosters are healthy, so the applicants we do take on will be ones that are suitable for our rate of progression, but more importantly, for the Wooly culture that we’ve cultivated here.

Note - Check the comments for an updated recruitment list. We don’t recruit for the bench. All classes are encouraged to apply, regardless of what classes are listed in this post at times. The Wooly leadership team values high performance coupled with great attitudes over meta classes when given the opportunity.

MYTHIC+
Seeking ALL ROLES & SPECS. We have an active M+ community that pushes around 300-350 keys per week during the active half of a season. Historically, our keys have range from lower keys to +25 & +26 keys in Dragonflight. Our main focus in Dragonflight is to continue to expand our M+ roster and our active M+ side of Wooly in general.

In the opening week of the Dragonflight Season 1, we completed 395 Mythic+ dungeons as a guild & community, and we beat that number with 405 Mythic+ dungeons completed in Season 2’s opening week. Whilst these numbers are substantial, they also maintained throughout the entire season, with our final week of Season 1 hosting 180 keys. We pride ourselves on the content available within Wooly.

Ascendance is a long time (day-one launch), stable, mythic guild. Going forward we are focusing on CE, but our goal is simple: Kill pixels and have fun doing it. We keep our roster tight to minimize sitting, work on progression and be successful AND have fun. We want solid raiders who will commit to raid – keeping that tight roster means attendance is one of our toughest requirements.

We still enjoy the game. At this stage in Ascendance’s life, we are a group of people that have done the hardcore raiding and want to have fun still using the skills we have honed over the years while balancing real life. We quickly get AoTC then move to Mythic. We work hard at maximizing our abilities within the time we have. To help make that happen we provide solid leadership and a supportive team.

Who should consider joining Ascendance?
Those mindful of performance and desire to improve. We do not recruit for the bench, and personality is as important as skill/experience. We are a team and need to shift well together. Gearing’s easy but you need the enthusiasm and good attitude. If not interested in mythic raiding, we are happy to accept players and friends who wish to be a part of the guild on a casual basis.

Ascendance is a place for raiders that want to keep it light (6hr/week) but still progress. We are not going to make people jump through hoops, but we absolutely expect you to put a little extra time into your character to help the raid. That may mean reading up on your class or review guides to even out your rotation getting weekly keys done (we have many who enjoy pushing M+). Basically, we want someone who knows how to carry their weight and be willing to work together and move forward as a team.

Hello, I’m looking for a weekend, late night raiding guild. I don’t care about prog but a stable guild who has a tight community is a must. I’m not looking for a flavor of the month guild. I have 3x CE raiding experience and was on my way to a 4th had life not got in the way. Thank you for reading. Am open to trying another class.

We’re Probability on Frostmourne. We raid Wed/Thurs 7:30-10:30pm server time. We achieved CE in 10.2, and are enjoying a more relaxed Fated season (some mythic) before pushing for CE again in the War Within. We’re after:

• A mage
• Any exceptional players always considered

To raid with us, you’ll need:

• A deep understanding of your class and how to be most effective on each fight
• An ilvl of 480+
• Past mythic experience in any tier, ideally CE
• Logs you’re proud of

We can offer you:

Consistency. We maintain a roster of around 26 people. While that does mean that occasionally you’ll be on the bench, it also means we never cancel raid because someone is away. We have backup tanks, healers, and raid leads. If it’s a raid night, we’re raiding. (It also means you can go on holiday and take a week off lol)

Organisation. You’ll know in advance what we’re fighting, and how you’ll need to prepare. Our raid lead comes in with clear strats and strong leadership, and while we’re always open to adjusting as we learn, we never go in blind. We have strat slideshows.

The best vibes. We’re biased, but we’re nice to hang out with. We’re mostly based in Australia and in our 20s and 30s. Our team has professionals, tradies, parents, dog people, cat people (gross). There’s always someone to chat to in Discord, we play other games together, we go to the pub, we have movie nights.

And of course, we provide guild repairs (all the time, not just for raid), consumables, most enchants/gems, and a mandatory swap blaster. It’s not a raid if you don’t fall into lava.
