We’re a small guild (9/9H) looking for more like-minded people mostly interested in AOTC raiding (maybe a very casual dabble into Mythic if roster allows!) and M+! We’re looking to add more M+ oriented people to join our small group! Our goal is to always get AOTC in every season and to do keys with guildies! Taking anyone just interested in keys!

Raid Rules:

• We start pulling at 8:30 PM no matter what!
• If you’re going to be late or miss a raid, please inform an Officer. Ideally a day or two in advance, but at the very least an hour or so ahead of time!
• Show up prepared to raid. That enchants, consumables, gems, correct talents and anything else you may need for the night.
• If you need to take an unscheduled break, notify the RL! ( Don’t just randomly afk without letting RL or Officers know!
• No unnecessary chatter during boss encounters; coms should be silent so encounter calls can be heard. ( Any other time, let’s chat!)
• Show up to raid with an appropriate mindset, progression takes time!
  -Excessive unexcused or extremely frequent absences will affect your place or role on our raid roster! We’ve very accessible/flexible to your IRL schedule, but we still depend on every member of our group!

• Be enchanted & gemmed before raid
• Discord (even to just listen)
• Be 465+ before S4

What we are about and what we are looking for:

We are a chill and supportive guild that is looking for active players. Squirrely Inc was formed and created purposefully to provide an open and friendly environment for new and veteran players to be able to enjoy the content they are paying for. We would like to accommodate everything from progression raiding (AOTC), casual weekend raiding, keystones, pvp and helping people with their personal achievements in game while also building a community.

Schedule:
Our progression raid nights are Thursday & Monday nights forming group at 6:30pm server time (9/9N and 9/9H) and going until we are sick of each other or the bosses in front of us. We only have a couple of expectations from our raiders and that is Discord is a must and you have to use either DBM or BigWigs (most fights are explained by our raid lead). A plus is knowing your class (what your stat priority is, what your BiS is etc).

Mythic+ is based on availability of players so no specific night is allocated for these.

What classes and roles we are looking for atm

Progression Raid

(Please make sure you have an offspec if you have a healing or tanking role)
Classes: rogue, warrior, druid, shaman

Warrior: can be tank or dps
Druid: can be any role, pref dps
Shaman: can be heals with a dps os
Mythic+

We have groups set up for all the nights of the week (excluding raid nights)

We are looking for dedicated tanks and healers for these roles and some exceptional dps.

PvP
All positions available and forming up dedicated arena team composites. Slowly working our way up to RBG team.

The War Within (Expansion)

We will be recruiting to fill a 20 man raiding group from the start of the expansion. So if you are wanting to join to be part of that feel free to message us and have a chat about it.

Social & Casual Events

We are looking into other fun events like transmog competitions and other shenanigans in game as well as some external ones we do on discord like Cards Against Humanity, DnD, etc.
So if you are looking for a casual, fun and chill environment then we also cater for that too.

Hello! Hierarchy is seeking players to fill out our Mythic raid roster. We raid 2 days a week: Wednesday and Friday from 7:30pm to 10:30pm Eastern Time. Non-LGBTQ+ friendly need not apply.

Our top recruitment priorities at the moment:

• DPS: Shaman (pref Enhance), Monk, Mage, Rogue, Warlock, Death Knight
• Healers: Monk, Priest, Druid, Shaman
• Tank: Monk, Paladin, Demon Hunter

All skilled and experienced players are encouraged to inquire regardless of class/spec.

Our core is comprised of players with an immense amount of high level experience and having recently returned to the game during the Shadowlands expansion we are looking to return to a high level raiding guild on a smaller 2 day schedule.

The trial process is a 2-3 week “trial by fire� where you will be tested with the raid team on farm and possibly even progression. You may have a performance review with an officer if needed and we will let you know if you’ve passed.

(Passing your trial does not guarantee a spot every single raid, but we will rotate around as needed and try our best to be fair to everyone on the roster)

About Us

The Leadership is well organized and structured as a brigade (Everyone has a specific role they manage within the guild).

SAF was formed 2½ months prior to Battle for Azeroth release by friends ( and friends of friends) who raided together at one point or another in previous expansions (with varying mythic experiences). The goal was to obtain CE, which we achieved in Ny’alotha, Cutting Edge remains the goal going from tier to tier on a light 6 hour schedule.

We strive to better ourselves each raid week and becoming a more solidified raiding unit, during trash there is a lot of banter, but when we’re facing a boss everyone turns the script and focuses up and gets things done.

Our raid times are Tuesday & Thursday from 8-11pm EST (Server Time).

Our optional night is Sunday 9-11pm EST. This is also the night where we’ll be doing Sale Runs to keep the Guild Bank sustained for progression costs.

P.S. First two weeks of a new tier (Heroic) we’ll raid on Wednesday (and other off nights) as long as people want to, to clear the instances as to not lose out on upgrades for the raid team.

—What we have to offer—

• We’re a serious yet fun Raid Team without the massive time commitment of 3-5 raids (9+ hours) per week, we utilize the raid times to the fullest extent in order to progress at a steady pace.
• We supply guild repairs for Core Raiders/Raiders/Trials (Incremental per rank (As long as the Guild Bank is kept sustainable throughout each tier))
• During raids we supply Cauldrons, Feasts, Enchants & Gems, Armor Kits. We’ll continue to do so as long as everyone helps keep the bank sustainable.
• Only things you need to supply yourself are Potions, Oils/Stones & Augment Runes.

—What we expect of you—

• Attendance

• Being on 15 minutes prior to raid start, ready to enter the instance.

  
  

• We expect 90% attendance for raids overall

  
  

• If it so happens you CAN’T make raid, you MUST post in our attendance channel (On Discord) otherwise it will be counted against your Trial/Attendance.

  
  

• Fully prepared for raids (Don’t forget grabbing things like your seals (When Applicable)) with consumables such as (Armor Kits, Oils/Stones, Tomes), watching the next fights in advance to have an idea of encounter mechanics)

• Knowing your class in and out, being able to maximize your output for each specific encounter (Talent Switching, don’t be “that� guy/girl who doesn’t care being talented wrong for an encounter, tomes are cheap) being up to date with class changes and so forth.

• Excellent raid awareness, being able to see what is happening around you and what is coming up next to avoid unnecessary damage taken or loss of damage.

• Being able to adjust quickly to changed circumstances that may arise during encounters.

• Team Player, the understanding of a rotating roster (This is very important, we don’t raid on an even 20 man roster, because Real Life will happen) to better optimize the raid for each boss as needed during Progression (WITHOUT getting Salty(We absolutely don’t have any interest in dealing with that)).

• Prior Mythic Raiding experience is required to some degree, you should know what comes with progression (There will be wipes) & a Stable Connection.
