About Us
Potency is a newly formed Mythic Guild that is rapidly growing. Our mission, our goal, our drive is to create a unique community that caters to all facets of WoW. We want to create a very active community of players who enjoy raiding, PvP, running keys, being social, and playing non-WoW games with each other. Potency will have something for everyone and will keep everyone engaged and building friendships!

Our raid team is Mythic-focused and will be pushing as hard as we can. This does not mean we are cutting-edge focused - we just want to get as far into Mythic as we can, maintain high standards, cut deadweight, and still be able to have a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. At the end of the day, absolutely no one has fun when we wipe endlessly to the same thing over and over or have to drag people’s corpses through the raids… right?

Structure
We believe in organization and order (but still fun!). All of our policies, rules, expectations, penalties, and systems will be clearly outlined in documents that are available on our discord. We believe this is ideal for transparency. Our Guild has two divisions - the raiding side and the community side. Each side has its own set of officers that have clearly defined duties and responsibilities. When the raids are over, Fri - Tues will be dedicated to the community officers to set up the aforementioned activities that are in the About Us section.

Prospective Raiders
Unable to fully commit to our schedule? Not quite geared enough? Or can’t raid for any other reason? You can join us as a Prospective Raider until you are ready to trial. You’ll be able to enjoy the community side of the Guild and attend off-night raids to get experience, logs, and gear. There’s no time limit and no pressure - once you meet requirements and can commit to the schedule, we can start a trial!

Echoes of Valor - Frostmourne are Recruiting

We’re a semi-casual guild that understand’s irl comes first. Many of us have families, jobs and commitments, so we prefer to have a fun and somewhat relaxed feel when raiding.

We’ve achieved AOTC each season this expansion!

• Role: Need mostly dps (full on DH/Druid currently)
• Days: Wednesday and Sunday
• Time: 8:30pm - 10:30pm server time
• Difficulty: We start the seasons out on Normal, but once we’re comfortable, we progress and stay on heroic. (We don’t progress to mythic)
• Requirements: We expect our members to be encouraging and respectful to each other. Raid experience isn’t necessary - just listening and following direction!

Many members run keys nightly, we sometimes do achievement runs, transmog runs, and non-obligatory normals on a Saturday once transitioned to heroic!

Special Friends is a longstanding, midcore guild looking to recruit new friends to progress with us in Dragonflight and beyond! Through the years we’ve always striven to do our very best, which has included Ahead of the Curve and many early-to-mid mythic boss kills on our “casual�, six hours a week raid schedule. Our goal is simply to progress as far as possible within the two raid days we have, and enjoy doing so with our close-knit community.

Many of our members have been in Cutting Edge or hardcore raiding guilds in past expansions dating back to Vanilla. Today, we find ourselves a little older and with a little more life in the way, most of us with careers and families. The majority of our player base are facing the boss called Adulthood , in their late 20s to their late 30s, they still want to kill bosses efficiently but not without also having fun with our friends while doing it. Our policies are pretty relaxed, but when it comes down to raiding, we do take new content and our raid times seriously. We expect our members to be diligent raiders, showing up on time and fully prepared. We understand that real life is more important than a game, and occasional absences will happen. With this in mind, we simply ask that our members keep us informed on Discord in the event they will miss a raid and maintain as close to 100% attendance as possible during progression.

Currently, has a roster size of approximately 25 raiders of varying desires ranging from mythic progression to casual orientation, including a number of new recruits. Our core has been together for many years and values the relationships we’ve built together as friends over progress in game. We expect everyone to be dedicated to the game and pushing the limit, but do not consider ourselves a Cutting Edge guild at this time. Finally, we expect everyone to act like adults in our guild; take responsibility for errors or mistakes you make, have thick skin and be able to take a joke, and be open to constructive criticism - we’re happy to coach, but you’ve got to put in the effort first and foremost. That said, we’re an inclusive guild that is welcoming to all - just understand that raid spots are earned, and you may be asked to sit on progression encounters if a certain composition is needed or depending on the extent of your past raid experience. We operate as a team, not as individuals.

At the moment, we are looking for raiders with at least AOTC (and ideally Mythic) experience as we progress further into Mythic. If you’re looking to be a part of a nice community focused on semi-hardcore PvE content, we are happy to chat with newer players as well, so please feel free to reach out.

Introduction:

Synn, on the Thrall server, is looking to recruit mythic progression-oriented raiders for Season 4 and more importantly, The War Within. While we enjoy having fun, our primary focus is to clear all raid content quickly and efficiently while we compete with other guilds both on our server and our region. We hope to achieve these feats by keeping our recruitment strict and keeping our numbers low, so we’ll be able to gear up quickly and ultimately increase our synergy with one-another.

Synn has been able to acquire like-minded players with cutting edge raid experience and server/world first raid content in other raid-centric games similar to WoW.

The Synn leadership has experience in running top end guilds and have achieved Cutting Edge in Warlords, Legion, Shadowlands and Dragonflight. We know what it takes to be a successful Cutting Edge raiding guild, and our goals will always increase to ensure we are pushing ourselves to always become better as individuals and as a group.

We have fallen short of CE the last 2 tiers and looking to fix that going into TWW and get CE every tier, and we need the players who are able to perform to do so.

Class Desirability:

While we are going to be looking for specific specs, please be aware that having flexibility within your class holds great value to joining our core. Our philosophy is to be able to play your class, not just a spec.

Please note that during progression times we may extend raid times by 1 hour and add an additional day only if we get 100% of the raid to agree, which will be discussed during a prior day.

Attendance Requirements:

In order to compete, we need to run a tight roster. Running a tight roster requires that each member or recruit can make the majority of our raids. If you cannot consistently attend our raids, do not bother reaching out to us.

Applicants must meet or exceed 90% raid attendance by the time that we evaluate you for membership to be eligible for promotion.

Members must meet or exceed 90% raid attendance over the last 30 days.
