Second Wind is built around being more than just a guild to house a raid team, we focus on the social aspect to the game as well. Over the years our community has grown to contain people interested in almost all aspects of the game so no matter what level you play at and what content you’re interested in you will likely find someone to enjoy that content with. Outside of raiding we have members interested in M+, achi/mount/pet farming, social/alt raids, levelling, and generally just playing the game. So even if you’re not looking for a mythic raid experience don’t be afraid to get in touch and see if we have people that share your interests.

Although our raid teams will progress at different rates there is no main team. Each team has similar expectations in terms of preparation and performance. Unlike many guilds with multiple teams we do it for the increased community and we do not cannibalise one team to serve the needs of another nor do we dump people on a “lesser� team if their class is not flavour of the month. Each team is their own entity with their own leaders and their own goals.

We don’t raid long hours so world rank is not something we strive for, our target is simply to achieve the goals of the team with time left to have a bit of fun between tiers. We have no interest in competing with guilds that raid longer hours.

We are a large guild, constantly flirting with the 1000 members cap. It’s not uncommon to see 100+ members online in the evening or during the weekends. So if you want to be part of a larger community, look no further.

Extra nights: At the start of every tier Wednesday is used as an additional progress night (usually 2-4 weeks) after which it becomes an optional farm with no penalty for not attending.

Extra nights: Monday is an optional night and is used as a progression night at the start of the season but is generally used for farm and 2nd mains/alt during the reset of the season.
Green Team is currently recruiting: Any Ranged DPS, as well as Melee DPS: DH/DK/DH/Rouge and 1x Mistweaver
We would also consider other applications with previous Mid to Late mythic raiding experience that are looking to raider towards getting there 1st CE

Blue Team - Wed/Tue. 20:30-23:00 server time.
Goal: Cutting Edge
Extra nights are used as additional progress at the start of every tier.
Blue Team Recruiting a mage, warrior, tank (paladin, death knight or demon hunter) and balance druid

Purple Team - Wed 20:00-23:00 & Sun 19:30-23:00 server time.
Goal: Ahead of the Curve & progress as far as possible into Mythic
No extra night requirements for Purple team, we stick to the raid days/times above.

What we expect from you

• Enjoy yourself. We can’t stress this enough, it’s a game. You’re playing it to have fun, as are we.
• Be on time. Raid invites are up to 15 minutes before start time with the expectation of starting combat at start time, not summoning stragglers.
• Be prepared.
• Be able to communicate. We use Discord for comms. A working microphone is not mandatory but being able to hear calls is. All raid comms are in English.
• Be able to take (and give) feedback in a constructive way.
• Keep up. If you fall behind on gear don’t just expect others to boost you through unless you show willing to put in effort as well.

What you can expect from us

• A nice environment. Toxicity is not tolerated.
• Continuous improvement. Feedback is appreciated and we act on it where appropriate.
• Guidance when needed. Even if we can’t help directly there is a chance we will know someone who can.
• A sense of community. Raiding is only a small part of the game, there is a lot to do outside of raids as well.
• Transparency. Leadership will always strive to make our decisions, and the reasons for them, clear to everyone.
• A voice. Some decisions that affect the direction of the guild are given to the members to decide by vote.

Impaired is a fun-loving and goal-oriented group of players that love to do high-end PvE content every tier with a heavy emphasis on social interaction (socials are also welcome).

We use Discord as our main platform for all things guild and community-related.

Impaired as a guild is not exclusively tied to Azeroth. We enjoy having a good laugh with each other and play different games outside of WoW and spend time daily on Discord discussing everyday life.

The guild was formed in early-2020, Shadowlands patch 9.0 and found success immediately pushing into Mythic raiding. We cleared 7/10 Mythic Castle Nathria, 8/10 Mythic Sanctum of Domination and 6/11 Mythic Sepulcher of the First Ones, 7/8 Vaults with a 1.5% wipe on Raz - ouch.

We were founded by a core group of people that have played together over the last 17 years and throughout our time running the guild we have created an extremely inclusive, fun and socially rewarding guild to be part of.

Our goal in Dragonflight is to achieve Cutting Edge, as such we expect that people applying to us share the same goal. This means expecting a level of commitment and ability that is conducive to achieving that. If you don’t think you are capable of pushing yourself through the hardest content the game has to offer, we might not be the right guild for you.

We acknowledge the time and effort of our guildies and expect everyone on an individual level to respect fellow guild members.

What this means: - When you sign up for a raid, you arrive on time, come prepared with detailed knowledge of the encounters and have the expected consumables with gear enchanted. Rohnin is a long established Alliance/Horde guild on EU Silvermoon who have been clearing content together for over 10 years. We’re a pretty social guild, and want to focus on bolstering our roster in raiding, M+ and PVP. We have one of the most active communities on the server with an amazing atmosphere and active discord.

ROHNIN & RAIDING:

Rohnin has 3 raid teams in the guild

-Team CC are new afternoon raiding team Which is very chilled (Thur/Sun 13:00-16:00ST)

-Team ART evening raiding team which will focus also on AOTC and has 8/9HC (Wed/Mon 20:00-23:00ST)

-Team RES is our core Mythic team wanting to push progress as far as we can go and has 4/9M (Thur/Sun 20:00-23:00ST)

-M+ We have a range of players in our guild all willing to help each other out and run any keys from 2-23 and above! Just hop on discord as there is normally someone running keys.

-Funruns: Every Fridays at about 20:30ST we run a funrun where anyone who is roughly 435ilvl can join us for raid. This is so all teams can hangout together and socials not in a team can also join too. This has been running for many years now and we have a couple of guilds that also come and join us. (We do have a few drinks too as its a weekend)

Raiding can be a very fun activity , it does however take commitment and its important to realize that you’re part of a team. People in your team will count on you to take responsibility for being prepared, knowing tactics, being geared, on time, informed and able to be there for the whole duration of the planned raids.

We are a Semi-hardcore raiding guild, with a lot of active people who enjoy raiding with a goal to clear content , these will be your teammates and they will expect you to have the same goal. All teams will be led by people with the drive to get the best raiding experience possible. We will be actively pushing the teams and their players to improve. So we expect people to welcome constructive criticism and to stay positive while the team improves and grows.
