I am a returning player who has been part of the World of Warcraft since late Vanilla. After a break, I’m excited to dive back into Azeroth and am on the lookout for a dedicated mythic raiding guild to join. I started my journey in WoW during late Vanilla and have experienced most expansions up to Dragonflight season one and two. I have participated in various raid tiers and have a solid understanding of raid mechanics, class roles, and teamwork. My main goal is to find a guild that is focused on progression while maintaining a fun and supportive environment.

Immersive is a Reformed guild on Draenor (EU) that is currently recruiting DPS for our Raid Team. We are looking to build a friendly, mature community with (sometimes immature) jokes and banter on the side who want to grow our skills and have the patience to extend a helping hand to those who need it.

About us
We used to be a Mythic raiding guild on (Silvermoon EU) in BFA, we managed to down 6 Mythic bosses in Ny’alotha we are a solid bunch of players that all have Mythic raiding experience. The atmosphere is great, we are all friendly don’t bite and are willing to help people gear up. We recently all got back together and decided we want to give it another go with some fresh blood in the team and to try and reach our goals.

More important than your previous experience, for now, is your willingness to put in effort to yourself and your character and we can achieve our goals as a team. Our core raiding group will have previous expansions’ mythic experience under their belt so we sort of know what we are going into. HC will remain our goal and then we will eventually be progressing onto Mythic. When War Within launches we would appreciate the same knowledge from you or at least some research on your own time if you lack that information on what to expect from Mythic progression. We will help you but not play the game for you. You must be able to take some initiative.

Our Raiding Days and Times will be Wednesday and Thursday from 20:00 to 23:00 Server time. As for Mythic+ There is usually always someone online willing to help or run things and we look to keep adding to that list of players.

Welcome to Simulacrum!

Guild was formed in May 2020 by a bunch of IRL friends with SL in our mind. We were to many to apply for a guild, and we don’t have time to play as we had when we were younger, so we agreed to build a guild, a group, with the same mindset as we have. We managed to raid a bit of HC at the end of BFA, and went into Mythic in SL and DF.

Core of the guild is made of long standing players (which played in almost all expansions, raiding at high and hardcore level). Most of our players are 30+ so IRL comes first, but we still enjoy this game and we want to progress in it.

We are looking for players with the same mindset, which understand that 6h of raiding/week is not much, and they have to give everything during raids in order to progress further step by step. Coming to raids fully prepared (food/flasks/a fight video seen), doing m+ to increase the ilevel/stats/getting the best item that they can get before the raid is one the feats we are looking for.
In the same time we are looking for ACTIVE players. If you log only 2 nights/week to raid, you are not a fit for us. Logging more often, doing m+ with the guild members, raids, achievement runs or just having fun as a group (discussing or joking on discord) is what we ask from our members.

As most of the guilds, we are aiming to finish every patch as high as we can related to progress. The main goal of the guild is CE and mythic raiding, but when we get it doesn’t matter. If we kill the last boss of the patch in the last day before the next patch, for us its enough.
Right now we are looking for players to fill in the roster for a stable 20-22man group. We don’t want to bench any player, and we will always raid with everyone that signs up, but if some fights will require a specific set-up, we will need for those players to understand and step down, for the sake of the progress.

We have no specific requirements with regards to experience, we are looking for players who wish to improve, will put in the effort to do so and can listen to instructions and act upon them in a raid environment. Discussing the tactic, coming with ideas, or simply if you saw something that we didn’t noticed before is highly appreciated. This is a team effort after all.

Regarding gear, we would like that the new recruits to be ready for the current raiding level. We can invite everyone that is willing to join, and we will give them time to get to the required level/gear, but they will get a trial spot only after they are ready.

We are aiming to have minimum ilvl 400-405 to begin Season 2, so you should be close to that right now.

Who are we?
We are Vapid Encrypted, a cross-faction, late-night, 2-hours-a-week HC raiding community that tackles HC raids on Wednesdays, 2130-2330 server time.

We’re currently 8/8 in HC Vault – we’re finishing off raid achievements for the end of the season (with a possible dip into Mythic).

Many of the our members come from the social guild The Vapid Ciphers on Argent Dawn EU – community members will also have access to the guild’s M+ and Normal Mode raid nights, as well as our upcoming PVP team and social events.

Only 2 hours? Why?
Because we have jobs. Or kids. Or alts. Or Netflix series to binge. Basically, we want to experience the game at higher levels, but not have to dedicate a big chunk of our free time to do so.

Who can join the raid?
Our aim is to put together a dedicated raid team of 20 people who can make most of our Wednesday night sessions. With our current numbers, we are already raid-ready, but want to bulk the team. The roles we are currently recruiting for are mentioned at the top of this post.
Our goals are AOTC for every Dragonflight raid, and we also hope to dip our toes into a few Mythic fights and/or raid achievements towards the end of each season.

We also aren’t/won’t be demanding any specific specs or talent tree load outs – we’re more interested in dedicated players than people who follow the meta perfectly.

We’ll be asking new members to trial with us for a week or two, so we can judge whether we’d be a good fit for each other.

We do, however, need people who are willing to commit to the following:

• You can attend the majority of our Wed night runs. We also expect raiders to be ready to pull at 2130, and to be able to stay for the entire 2 hours.
• Come to the raid prepared – consumables ready, fully repaired etc.
• Be an active participant in our Discord tactics discussions. With only 2 hours a week, we want to spend most of that time pulling – we’ll be talking through boss tactics in the week before the raid, using Discord so people can dip in and out of the chat when suits them. This will include watching videos, reading guides, using Raidplan, and getting Method Raid Tools set up for the fights.
• You will be willing to gear yourself through other means. With only 2 hours of raiding a week, our raids are NOT going to be a great source of gear. You probably already run M+ to get a slow trickle of gear upgrades. (We’d love to run some with you!)
• Want to have fun in the game, and don’t mind the (many) wipes that come with raid progress. The main aim here is to have fun through progression – swearing and screaming at people tends to kill the ‘fun’ element. We stand by Blizzard’s Social Contract – if there’s anything in there you don’t agree with, you won’t be a good fit for this community.
• You’ve got to be aged 25 or older. The guild this raiding community is linked to was formed back in 2007 with that core rule – so us old farts had like-minded people to game with – and it’s a rule that served us well so far. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
