About us:
yea is a newly founded raiding community with the goal of raiding Mythic while maintaining both a successful raid team and a healthy inclusive social atmosphere.

Before we move on to raid business, I’d like to mention we’ll also do side content such as achievements, glory runs, keystone runs or just hanging out socially really, and therefore we also accept social members or other non-raiders who are interested in those activities or just want a cool community to be part of.

Now, back to the point. What we mean with having a team both skilled and social is that we do push for Cutting Edges, but we won’t sacrifice our enjoyment or our mental state for it, nor do we care about hall of fame rankings or how fast or how sweaty we are. We just like raiding, really, what else can we say.

Aside from that, we really do insist on keeping our environment healthy and fun. The founders of this guild are old-timers who have seen well over a decade of raiding, and if there’s anything we all agreed on then it is how quickly a bad environment can drain the fun and enthusiasm out of the game we love so much.

So fair warning: we really, really, REALLY, like actually really do not have any patience for toxicity, hatred or other kind of egotism. Having said that, this doesn’t mean that we won’t intervene when intervention is necessary. We have a social expectation as well as a skill expectation, and we believe there’s plenty people who would pass both.

tl;dr: Yes, it’s just a game, but it is a game we intend to win.

Current Plans:
Starting with season 4 of Dragonflight, we plan to raid Fated Heroic into Fated Mythic, taking this season as an opportunity to get settled and comfortable, and getting to know each other better, and when The War Within comes around we will progress for Cutting Edge with a relaxed pace.

Our guild leader has experience as officer of a mythic guild in Ny’alotha and experience in other games raid leading. But no past cutting edges are required, however we expect good logs from past tiers, even if they are heroic.

Since Mythic raids are open cross-realm and cross-faction from now on, there’s no faction or server requirement to join us, especially with guilds becoming cross-server in The War Within. So no worries about realms and factions for now. So until then you don’t even have to be in the guild! Enjoy your freedom while it lasts! ^^

Rules:
Yeah, rules, they’re inevitable. Especially if we want to keep our community civil and functioning.

• Be nice. Yeah, already went through this, but seriously. Be nice. Or at least don’t be un-nice to people. There’s a difference between helpful criticism and being rude and we expect you to know it.
• Be responsible. Understand that it’s a team effort and you being late will hold everyone back. This idea can be applied to various situations. Socially too.
• Do the work. When we say we don’t expect mega sweat gaming, that doesn’t mean you can show up to a raid without consumes enchants or neglect your weekly vault slots and things like that. Team effort, no carrying.
• No dramaaa. Yes, a social atmosphere comes with emotions at times, but keep it healthy. If you’re upset or unhappy with something, talk about it. On the other hand, try not to asphyxiate the chats or VC with irrelevant bleating or oversharing. I think this just comes down to a basic ability to read a room.
• I know we’re all gamers, and I know how little grass gets touched by our kind, but we really do not have ANY patience whatsoever for creepy, harrassive, hateful or discriminatory attitudes towards anyone or any group of people, especially those already marginalized on the internet. This is a safe space, and believe you me it is protected. If anyone makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable in our community, please let us know. This is our highest priority.

If you have stumbled upon us, then I hope this post finds you in good spirits, and that you might be curious about who we are! Well, we are a guild built around casual raiding, we aim to complete AoTC.

We are opening the board to DPS and healers. Prefer those who can flex into other roles (healers who can swap to DPS and DPS who can OS heal etc)

Players will be considered trial for 2 weeks, with the right to extend of officers feel necessary, there are also loot rules in place, please ask for further details (we do our best to be as fair as possible)

Raid Days (Server Time/ CET):

*** Thursday: 20:00 - 23:00**
*** Sunday: 20:00 - 23:00**

10 minute break half-way into our raiding hours!

What we can offer:

• We respect that IRL stuff of our members such as work, school or family related activities are peoples priorities and that raiding comes second!
• We aim for Curve, and don’t feel mythic raiding is an easy shoe to fit for our casual style, but if players want to dabble with mythic in their free time, some of us may join you!
• A guild with a fun and a lively raid environment
• Dedicated guildies with a focused mind-set
• Helpful guildies on classes, tips etc

What we expect:

• A friendly & dedicated player
  *Geared enough to contribute to the value of the raid
• Raiders who turn up on time. We usually send invites out 10 to 15 minutes before raid, if you’re going to be more than 5 minutes late, let an officer know.
• Full enchants, consumables. You can always have materials ready and I’m sure one of our guildies can craft any of the above if you ask nicely
• A player who understands and respects the casual orientation of our raid, IRL comes FIRST
• Knowledge of your class or showing a willingness to learn
• Listen and respect to your fellow raider and leaders

We are not meta slaves. Heroic means we have the flexibility to adapt some tactics to the unique skill set our roster offers. Be open minded that sometimes we can be a little unorthodox!

We want to play to the best of our abilities and have as much fun as we can while doing so. From this we hope to learn from others and meet new friendly faces to add to our growing team. We also have an active discord server with members chatting regularly, whether it’s casually talking, doing dungeons or even playing different games.
