We are Incandescence, a casual heroic raiding guild on EU Draenor, open to both factions.
Are you looking for a chill, fun, social, chatty guild to call home? Cause you might have just found it! We strive to be an inclusive, relaxed environment for all and to offer good memories no matter what your experience level. We don’t take the game too seriously and realize real life always comes first, we don’t require a 100% attendance on raid nights or guild events but do hope you can inform us beforehand when you can’t make it.
We have been building our raiding team and are still looking for mainly a mage and a demon hunter dps to have fun with us in heroic Amirdrassil. We will not be diving into mythic raiding at all, but will focus on achievements/alt runs after everyone is geared.
Apart from raiding we also run m+, do some occasional pvp and have occasional guild events for transmog/mount/achievement runs. We can guarantee fun times and relaxed banter as well as a warm welcome so if you’re looking to be a social you’re very welcome to give us a go!

Mirror Mirror Mirror was created during the ending cycle of Shadowlands with the idea of raiding in a stress free environment while maintaining a good pace of progress.
We started the guild mainly as an AotC guild and trying to progress into mythic as far as we can without any stressful Hardcore mentality.
What we want from you!
- To have consistency and communication
- To understand that this is just a game and it’s not something to get angry at.
- To give advice and support to people in need.
- Coming prepared to raids, foods, flasks, pots etc (There are things we supply from the guild bank ofc)

About raiding:
Our raid times and days are Wednesday and Monday from 8pm to 11pm server time. With an optional “Fun run” on Fridays from 8pm to 11pm server time.
During raiding we use RCLootCouncil to distribute loot fairly to raiders who gain the most benefit out of them. We want to encourage the raid to evolve as individuals but progress as a team!
Our aim for 10.2 is to get a stable team going so we can get the raid cleared and to begin our progress on Mythic.

New expansions always bring about a reboot in terms of guilds: some players return to Azeroth after quitting, others decide to switch their main character, and a few may find that their current guild doesn’t fit quite right…
We welcome all of the above and want to offer a home to people seeking a fresh start in the upcoming expansion. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a curious newbie, we value the player over the character…
What we offer
• A Discord server that is alive and buzzing: We’re looking for people that love to mingle and make new friends. We want to bring back the golden days so we want members that are social and talkative. We feel that raid performance benefits from the fact that you build a decent relationship with the other people in the guild.
• Chill Raiding Atmosphere: Raiding should be enjoyable, not stressful. Our focus is on clearing Heroic content while having fun with friends, laughing our asses off and sharing nerd screams when we finally down a certain boss.
• Aiming for “Ahead of the Curve” and “Glory of the … Raider” : We’re committed to achieving “AotC” and “Glory of the … Raider” but not at the cost of our sanity. We have the whole season to achieve this, so let’s not rush things. We will NOT venture into Mythic raiding.
What we are looking for
• Socials and Experienced Raiders: We’re looking for experienced players or quick learners for our raid team. Since we only commit a limited amount of time to raiding we all need to carry our weight.
We’re also accepting socials that are looking for a nice place to call home.
• Chill and Friendly Attitude: We want people that add humor and laughter to our raiding adventures.
• Dedication to the New Expansion: We’re focusing on the upcoming expansion, so we’re looking for players who are excited to start fresh and conquer new challenges together. Currently we’re doing Mythic+ runs and once the fated raids drop we casually do those to keep ourselves busy.

About us
We position ourselves as midcore two-day mythic raiding guild. Since the moment of foundation at the end of BFA and up to now we have developed supportive and friendly social community in addition to the raid environment. Most of our members are 30+ yo with jobs, families, kids, and rational sets of mind. We are bound by ambition to build a community of happy people who respect each other and enjoying their game time together, while working as a team.
Goals and aspirations
We are NOT aiming for CE or hitting top tables each tier by any means. <Jynx> Founded originally back in 2008,Has made a comeback after a hiatus. The guild is located on the server Kazzak, and we are currently looking to strengthen our roster in preparation for season four.
We are currently looking to expand our roster with like minded players that wish to progress current and forthcoming content in a stable paced manner, whilst keeping the environment relaxed and drama free. We are welcoming players of all experiences, be it from current patch to previous tiers.
