We are currently recruiting to bolster our roster and step into mythic raid progress. As we are 9/9HC on a weekly farm we now looking to venture into mythic !

We are in need of a few more members to have a solid 20 man roster, all are welcome to apply, we are possibly in need of 1 healer and some DPS (any dps specc). If other healer main speccs would like to apply feel free, just be sure to have a DPS offspecc so we can rotate healers as needed etc.

ABOUT US-
Improvise Adapt Wipe since 2023 , the guild was created to build a family friendly atmosphere by a bunch of friends. We are passionate about the game and we have worked hard to expand our guild which includes our solid raiding teams and social players. We are like-minded people with a family, friendly ethos so we understand real life but at the same time we have a passion to progress.
We have an active, organised discord that our guild members regularly use to socialise. M+ runs are encouraged and are actively arranged in our discord and in game guild chat.

RAID INFO-

We are focusing on our ongoing progress and we would love to hear from people that have the same ambitions as we do in the raiding world. Our main team will be carry on into mythic content and looking for mythic raiders to assist with this progress.
We’re looking for people to join our raiding team who are like minded, a good sense of humour but also can get stuck in when we are killing bosses.

WHO ARE WE RECRUITING?:

Main Team : Tank ( Not BDK) but Healer and DPS are open , fill out and solidify the raid roster to carry on our mythic Other classes will be considered,

Flexibility is appreciated but not mandatory to change specs for our raiding needs.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Good knowledge of the class and spec you are playing
Research boss tactics and know the fights
Ensure you are geared, gemmed and enchanted correctly for raid
High attendance to raids - we do understand real life comes first as a family friendly guild but we do ask for a good attendance rate at 90%
Good performance & attitude
Reliability and honesty is encouraged, whilst toxicity is of zero tolerance in our guild

RAIDING NOT FOR YOU?

If your not looking for a life in raiding we also have a very social side to our guild that we are all involved in, we have other players that are social and do not raid who get involved in conversations on discord and in game. We like to help our guild members grow and develop and we also like to M+ together too so there are many other aspects to our guild to be involved in and we welcome all classes and specs.

FOR RAIDERS & M+

Raids are 8-11pm on Wednesday (Party Night) and Sunday (Progress Night).

We have a flexible roster, so you will not be punished for missing a raid. !@#$ happens, we all know it. That said, loyalty is rewarded. We bring solid raid leadership, feasts, and vantus runes. In return, we expect you to bring a good understanding of your class and fight mechanics, and a great attitude.

We are looking for raiders who want to progress on heroic and eventually mythic, at a chill pace, with a fun guild.
Our guild was once one of the top raiding guilds back in Legion & BFA, but we have recently taken a hit on both members and activity. Therefore we are looking to reinvent ourselves by taking a more defensive approach for the time being!
While our focus will mainly be AOTC, we have historically cleared heroic very quickly.
So mythic raiding will quickly become an option, whereas if both membercount and interest align is something we will surely start participating in.

As for M+ we have a wide array of people doing keys of all levels, some pushers and some laidback. A common theme is that everyone enjoys bringing along guildees for keys of their desired level.
We aspire to be as inclusive as we can be, and the M+ scene is no exception.

Monday night is Monday Mythic Mayhem - we run Mythic+ to get everyone a weekly key done for their Great Vault. Finally, we have a bunch of altoholics, and if we’re really tired of life, we might even fish together.

FOR SOCIALS

We always aspire to have frequent social activities. These events include stuff like pub quizzes, transmog or achievement runs, level 1 races etc…

If being a Social is more your speed but at the same time dipping your toe into raiding and M+ is somerthing you’d like to try? Go for it!
We are always on the lookout to include socials for them to expand on their ingame-activities.

All members are 18+ and mostly students/working, and so the guild (Discord) is most active in the evenings. We are all pretty chill people, and we like to keep it that way. We don’t tolerate drama or immature behavior.

We do not recruit the character. We recruit the person behind the character.
