Who are we?
Ministry of Silly wipes is a Social, Casual guild based on the Bloodscalp/Emeriss/Agamaggan/Twilight’s Hammer group of connected realms!

We’re a group of like minded players, who enjoy a bit of banter amongst ourselves whilst we play. We value building friendships, and a sociable, helpful environment first and foremost!

But whilst we’re social at our core, we aim high! And believe that everyone should be given the chance to raid at a Heroic level, or push higher mythic keys if they wish to give it a go! We try to at least get Ahead of the Curve for each tier, and have members pushing various levels of M+ keys =)

We have our own Discord, which is active throughout the day whilst people are at work, which serves as a gaming community also! For those who want people to play other games with as well; such as FF XIV, D&D, League of Legends, even some Classic WoW as well!

What we are looking for

• Respect and empathy for your fellow guildmates! We have members from all walks of life, and whilst banter is encouraged, be mindful that there is a person on the other side of the screen!

  
  

• Although we have members from all over Europe, we ask that you have at least a good understanding of English.

  
  

• Communication! If you’re struggling with something, or have issues in-game, we can only help you if you come to us and ask. I’m afraid we aren’t psychic =)

  
  

• If you sign up for an event, please make sure you attend; and if you cannot, then all we ask is that you let us know beforehand.

  
  

• Understanding that as a Casual guild, we may not always get to our goals quickly, but we pride ourselves in improving and achieveing them together, most of all! We will Silly Wipe our way to victory!

• We will be asking new recruits going forward to allow for a 1 month trial period.
  This is, more than anything, to ensure you gel well with the guild, as we seem to repeatedly get players who at first say they want casual, but then take issue with that side of us and turn nasty.

Established since Legion, Revolt boasts a seasoned core of raiders dedicated to achieving Ahead of the Curve and the meta achievements for each raid. We are commited to ensuring that each new expansion or season sees us swiftly clearing normal raids before diving into heroic content. Additionally, we prioritize dedicating 1-2 weeks to securing the meta achievement after AotC, fostering a positive and social raiding experience for all members.

Every year we have a guild drinks where we get together to meet the awesome people we play games with, which makes us a great “forever home� for players of any persuasion.

Expectations:
At Revolt, we hold our raiders to a high standard of class and spec proficiency. We expect members to arrive prepared with enchants, gems, potions, and other essentials, although raid food/flasks are typically provided. While familiarity with boss mechanics is recommended, it’s essential to us that you approach each fight with readiness and a willingness to learn. Furthermore, we encourage our raiders to actively engage in Mythic+ dungeons for enhanced rewards and contribute to our raiding progression.

Raid Times:
Our raids are scheduled for Wednesday and Sunday from 8:30-10:30pm ST . Additionally, players regularly run Mythic+ groups throughout the week.

Better Call Thrall is a relaxed and casual, (18+) social raiding guild with an ethos of “Fun before progress�.
After achieving AotC in season’s 2 and 3, we are looking for more likeminded people to join us for raids and regular M+ runs.

Due to a lot of our members being older and having work and families, the guild is mostly active in the evenings. So don’t be alarmed if you see very few people online during the day.

Cross realm applicants are also welcome, with no need to transfer servers with the coming guild changes in TWW. All raids and most M+ runs are set up via discord, so you’ll never miss out!

Raid Days (GMT/BST):
Thursday & Monday: 20:30-23:30.
Sometimes we do end up raiding later than 23:30, we normally stop when people want to, latest is usually 00:30. (but you are free to drop out earlier if needed).

About us:

Lazy Peon Tavern was formed in 2007 as a 10 man guild, raiding Karazhan and Zul’Aman. After a less successful attempt to go 25 man, WotLK arrived and we decided to stay 10 man. We stayed this way until Warlords of Draenor when we expanded to a 20 man raiding guild.

We’re a stable guild in the sense that we’ve never been dead, reformed or had a big change of players. We have raided every tier since 2007, and we have kept a lot of the same people in the guild and have the same guildleader and raidleader. One of the reasons for this is that we decided early on to only recruit people we liked. Over the years we have tried to find good raiders who are also nice people, and to not make exceptions on that policy. We feel this is the reason we have a relaxed atmosphere in the guild with a friendly and humorous mood.

We have one raiding team where every raider is equal. Some guilds have two or more teams and perhaps a bench, where some people get to sit out more than others. We have never had any of that, and we’re only recruiting for our main team.

We are a bit oldschool. When our guild was formed back in TBC, every “real guild� had a website, a forum, and raid-calendar, thus we also got all that. Since that time much has changed. Most guilds have moved away from forums and websites towards Discord (for both voice and chat) and the in game raid calendar. We have however opted to stick with our original setup, which means joining our guild means taking a step back to forumposting, event calendar signing, and Teamspeak. The good old days never have to end!

Minimum requirements for a raider-trial:

• Your gear and experience is close to what we currently raid, or you’re a returning player who’s willing to put some effort in to catch up.
• You will generally be available to raid with us at least 2 raids a week.
• You’re age 18+. If you are very “youthfulâ€� you just won’t fit into the group. Most of us are in our late 20s to early 40s.
• You’re a nice person generally. We don’t want to recruit drama.
• You’re interested in joining our “communityâ€�. We don’t recruit alts.
• You keep up with our forum and don’t miss out on important things we post.
