We are Overcharged a casual mythic raiding guild on Tarren Mill and are looking for more players to continue progress with the goal of cutting edge.

We are currently 8/9 M progressing Fyrakk.

About us: We are a friendly bunch of players, some who have played together for a long time. This guild has transfered servers twice and factions once and is still living to tell about it! We are now looking for more players to kill Fyrakk and get the cutting edge for this tier.

We achieved cutting edge last 2 raid tiers and aim to do it again a third time.

We raid 2 days, Wendsday and Thursday 19.30-22.30 server time.

Recruitment needs

Several DPS , will consider any class. We prefer that you have progressed around 6+ mythic bosses from this tier so we know you are ready to step into it right away! High prio on rogue, warlock, monk, mage, druid.

Also looking for 1 healer, a monk or holy priest high prio but will consider any and same applies for mythic experience as DPS.

Second Wind is built around being more than just a guild to house a raid team, we focus on the social aspect to the game as well. Over the years our community has grown to contain people interested in almost all aspects of the game so no matter what level you play at and what content you’re interested in you will likely find someone to enjoy that content with. Outside of raiding we have members interested in M+, achi/mount/pet farming, social/alt raids, levelling, and generally just playing the game. So even if you’re not looking for a mythic raid experience don’t be afraid to get in touch and see if we have people that share your interests.

Although our raid teams will progress at different rates there is no main team. Each team has similar expectations in terms of preparation and performance. Unlike many guilds with multiple teams we do it for the increased community and we do not cannibalise one team to serve the needs of another nor do we dump people on a “lesser� team if their class is not flavour of the month. Each team is their own entity with their own leaders and their own goals.

We don’t raid long hours so world rank is not something we strive for, our target is simply to achieve the goals of the team with time left to have a bit of fun between tiers. We have no interest in competing with guilds that raid longer hours.

We are a large guild, constantly flirting with the 1000 members cap. It’s not uncommon to see 100+ members online in the evening or during the weekends. So if you want to be part of a larger community, look no further.

Recruitment
Red Team - Thur/Mon. 20:30 - 23:00 server time.
Goal: Cutting Edge
Extra nights: At the start of every tier Wednesday is used as an additional progress night (usually 2-4 weeks) after which it becomes an optional farm with no penalty for not attending.
Red team is currently looking for a rogue

Green Team - Weds/Thur 20:15 - 23:00 server time.
Goal: Cutting Edge
Extra nights: Monday is an optional night and is used as a progression night at the start of the season but is generally used for farm and 2nd mains/alt during the reset of the season.
Green Team is currently recruiting: Any Ranged DPS, as well as Melee DPS: DH/DK/DH/Rouge and 1x Mistweaver
We would also consider other applications with previous Mid to Late mythic raiding experience that are looking to raider towards getting there 1st CE

Blue Team - Wed/Tue. 20:30-23:00 server time.
Goal: Cutting Edge
Extra nights are used as additional progress at the start of every tier.
Blue Team Recruiting a mage, warrior, tank (paladin, death knight or demon hunter) and balance druid

Purple Team - Wed 20:00-23:00 & Sun 19:30-23:00 server time.
Goal: Ahead of the Curve & progress as far as possible into Mythic
No extra night requirements for Purple team, we stick to the raid days/times above.

What we expect from you

• Enjoy yourself. We can’t stress this enough, it’s a game. You’re playing it to have fun, as are we.
• Be on time. Raid invites are up to 15 minutes before start time with the expectation of starting combat at start time, not summoning stragglers.
• Be prepared.
• Be able to communicate. We use Discord for comms. A working microphone is not mandatory but being able to hear calls is. All raid comms are in English.
• Be able to take (and give) feedback in a constructive way.
• Keep up. If you fall behind on gear don’t just expect others to boost you through unless you show willing to put in effort as well.

What you can expect from us

• A nice environment. Toxicity is not tolerated.
• Continuous improvement. Feedback is appreciated and we act on it where appropriate.
• Guidance when needed. Even if we can’t help directly there is a chance we will know someone who can.
• A sense of community. Raiding is only a small part of the game, there is a lot to do outside of raids as well.
• Transparency. Leadership will always strive to make our decisions, and the reasons for them, clear to everyone.
• A voice. Some decisions that affect the direction of the guild are given to the members to decide by vote.

Who are we:

Breakfast Raiders is a morning raiding guild based on the Tarren Mill EU server with 2 raid teams, first team is currently 7/9M and 2nd team is curved and looking for more stable players to build a solid 2nd Mythic team.

This is a CE-focused guild, with both raiders and leaders with previous CE experience, Our main goal is to take on Mythic content, get CE for our raiders and to push ourselves as a collective getting it faster each tier.
We welcome players with similar background but not only, as long as we share the same goal: spending quality time together.

So if you are a social or a raider of HCs or just want to push M+ with people in the morning, then you are more than welcome here as well.

Loot system:
We use loot council addon to help with distribution to those where the items does the most for progression. We believe in team play, and we are all pushing for progression.

Dedicated raiders, who want to progress even when it gets hard!
Multi-spec is a bonus not a requirement.

ABOUT THE GUILD
Originally formed on Runetotem server 2012.
After our Italian friends got a server of their own it left Runetotem dead so we moved over to Draenor which became our new home.
We have a nice group so a friendly personality is a must.
We are looking for mature players with mythic raiding experience and a drive to get as far into mythic as possible ultimately clearing it.

About us:

Lazy Peon Tavern was formed in 2007 as a 10 man guild, raiding Karazhan and Zul’Aman. After a less successful attempt to go 25 man, WotLK arrived and we decided to stay 10 man. We stayed this way until Warlords of Draenor when we expanded to a 20 man raiding guild.

We’re a stable guild in the sense that we’ve never been dead, reformed or had a big change of players. We have raided every tier since 2007, and we have kept a lot of the same people in the guild and have the same guildleader and raidleader. One of the reasons for this is that we decided early on to only recruit people we liked. Over the years we have tried to find good raiders who are also nice people, and to not make exceptions on that policy. We feel this is the reason we have a relaxed atmosphere in the guild with a friendly and humorous mood.

We have one raiding team where every raider is equal. Some guilds have two or more teams and perhaps a bench, where some people get to sit out more than others. We have never had any of that, and we’re only recruiting for our main team.

We are a bit oldschool. When our guild was formed back in TBC, every “real guild� had a website, a forum, and raid-calendar, thus we also got all that. Since that time much has changed. Most guilds have moved away from forums and websites towards Discord (for both voice and chat) and the in game raid calendar. We have however opted to stick with our original setup, which means joining our guild means taking a step back to forumposting, event calendar signing, and Teamspeak. The good old days never have to end!

Aberrus: 4/9 mythic, 9/9 heroic
Vault of Incarnation: 5/8 mythic, 8/8 heroic

Minimum requirements for a raider-trial:

• Your gear and experience is close to what we currently raid, or you’re a returning player who’s willing to put some effort in to catch up.
• You will generally be available to raid with us at least 2 raids a week.
• You’re age 18+. If you are very “youthfulâ€� you just won’t fit into the group. Most of us are in our late 20s to early 40s.
• You’re a nice person generally. We don’t want to recruit drama.
• You’re interested in joining our “communityâ€�. We don’t recruit alts.
• You keep up with our forum and don’t miss out on important things we post.
