About Peons:
Established since the days of Molten Core, Peons boasts a seasoned core of raiders dedicated to achieving Ahead of the Curve (AotC) and the meta achievements for each raid. We are commitmented to ensuring that each new expansion or season sees us swiftly clearing normal raids before diving into heroic content. Additionally, we prioritize dedicating 1-2 weeks to securing the meta achievement after AotC, fostering a positive and social raiding experience for all members.

Expectations:
At Peons, we hold our raiders to a high standard of class and spec proficiency. We expect members to arrive prepared with enchants, gems, potions, and other essentials, although raid food/flasks are typically provided. While familiarity with boss mechanics is recommended, it’s essential to us that you approach each fight with readiness and a willingness to learn. Furthermore, we encourage our raiders to actively engage in Mythic+ dungeons for enhanced rewards and contribute to our raiding progression.

Raid Times:
Our raids are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-10pm CST. Additionally, our Peons fosters regular Mythic+ groups throughout the week.

Team Two is still looking for consistent - Ret Paladin, Fury Warrior, Havoc DH & Enh Shaman For Main Raid Spots (Mostly Any Melee DPS) We are Full on Ranged DPS currently
Team Two wants to push into Mythic raiding in Season 4 and we are looking for serious and dedicated raiders to fill in core raid spots.

Our Raid Days and Times for RAID TEAM THREE are Fridays 5pm to 8pm PST (Proudmoore) Server Time - (This is a one day a week raid team that is more casual)
Team Three is still looking for consistent - (Looking for Tanks, Dps & Heals)

We expect our new raiders to know the boss fights by watching videos or reading about the fights before joining raid!

Welcome to the Season 4 From the Embers recruitment post!

Faction: Horde & Alliance are both welcome!

Realms: Headquartered on Laughing Skull - Clustered with Gilneas, Auchindoun, Elune, & Cho’gall. ((War Within is not only embracing cross-faction but a mega-server merge, so we’re accepting players across servers this season to raid with us in preparation for the next expansion. We’re not pursuing any content that would be locked out to players not on our realm/server. Once War Within launches, those players will be able to join the guild officially.))

Raid Schedule: We raid Tuesday and Thursday 8-10PM EST. For just Season 4 we’re only raiding 4 hours a week (War Within we’ll be raiding Tues/Thurs 8-11PM EST). Weeks 1-3 we’ll focus on clearing Normal as the Awakened raids cycle through their weekly rotation; if we clear early we’ll progress into Heroic. Weeks 4-6 we’ll be clearing Heroic. After week 7 all Awakened raids become available and we’ll work on finishing up our AOTC if need be. We always achieve AOTC.

Content: Aside from raiding, we do tons of keys of all ranges every day, mega-dungeons, alt-raids on the weekends, transmog and mount runs for those interested. Our Discord community is incredibly active and we’re usually hanging out in there, even if we’re not playing WoW.

3 Ranged DPS - Our priorities: Warlock >>> Balance Druid > Mage > Shadow Priest. No Hunters.

Introduction:

Synn, on the Thrall server, is looking to recruit mythic progression-oriented raiders for Season 4 and more importantly, The War Within. While we enjoy having fun, our primary focus is to clear all raid content quickly and efficiently while we compete with other guilds both on our server and our region. We hope to achieve these feats by keeping our recruitment strict and keeping our numbers low, so we’ll be able to gear up quickly and ultimately increase our synergy with one-another.

Synn has been able to acquire like-minded players with cutting edge raid experience and server/world first raid content in other raid-centric games similar to WoW.

The Synn leadership has experience in running top end guilds and have achieved Cutting Edge in Warlords, Legion, Shadowlands and Dragonflight. We know what it takes to be a successful Cutting Edge raiding guild, and our goals will always increase to ensure we are pushing ourselves to always become better as individuals and as a group.

We have fallen short of CE the last 2 tiers and looking to fix that going into TWW and get CE every tier, and we need the players who are able to perform to do so.

Class Desirability:

While we are going to be looking for specific specs, please be aware that having flexibility within your class holds great value to joining our core. Our philosophy is to be able to play your class, not just a spec.

Please note that during progression times we may extend raid times by 1 hour and add an additional day only if we get 100% of the raid to agree, which will be discussed during a prior day.

Attendance Requirements:

In order to compete, we need to run a tight roster. Running a tight roster requires that each member or recruit can make the majority of our raids. If you cannot consistently attend our raids, do not bother reaching out to us.

Applicants must meet or exceed 90% raid attendance by the time that we evaluate you for membership to be eligible for promotion.

Members must meet or exceed 90% raid attendance over the last 30 days.
