Our goal is to provide a fun yet focused raid environment aiding the team in steady progression while maintaining a 2 day raid schedule. In addition, we also aim to foster a M+ community within the guild as many of us are moderately focused on M+ content.

Been gone for over a year now returning to the game looking for a guild to run with I have Mythic raiding experience went 7/9 M last time i played as a rogue now trying to come back as possibly a Spriest, Mage, or Maybe a DH

I will not apply to a guild beens this is not a job but a hobby to play the game but I will answer any questions anyone has for me about my previous raiding experience or M+ experience.

Minor Inconvenience is the newest iteration of our long standing community, formally Boomer Reflexes-Area 52. Many of us have played together for the better part of a decade running keys and achieving AOTC/KSM/KSH every tier.

We’ve also had a handful of late Mythic/CE bosses kills over the years, including CE in Vault of the Incarnates in Dragonflight and sub 5% wipes on Sark in Season 2.

The following is our most recent deep mythic raiding experience: SoD - 9/10M SoFO - 7/11M VoTI - 8/8M (CE) Aberrus - 8/9M (sub 5%)

We’re in the process of rebuilding the guild and community with the goal of continuing to raid 1/2 times a week and full clearing the awakened raids on Heroic for S4 of Dragonflight. If we have the 20+ people with interest that week. Then we’ll clear mythic for a vault slot or two on top of it.

We’re currently 8/8H Vault, 9/9H Aberrus, and 9/9H Amirdrassil all achieved week one for each awakened raid.

We’ve also been putting a greater focus on keys and mythic+. As we’ve always ended up running a ton of keys within the community/guild here. Mostly to hit or exceed KSH most seasons and it has always been the glue that holds the community together mid/late season once the major progression raiding is complete for the tier.

So everyone interested in running keys instead of raiding is more then welcome to join in the nightly fun as well. Even if you have limited/no interesting in raiding any of the tiers going forward.

With that being said, once The War Within is releases. We will also be pushing into mythic raid content once more with the ultimate goal of achieving Cutting Edge again as a community. But there will be AOTC/heroic clears and keys running weekly as well!

All of our old mythic raiding logs are under the guild Boomer Reflexes. Which you can find on Raider io or Warcraftlogs quick and easy for those interested in seeing our past logs.

We’re a semi-casual guild that understand’s irl comes first. Many of us have families, jobs and commitments, so we prefer to have a fun and somewhat relaxed feel when raiding.

We’ve achieved AOTC each season this expansion!

• Role: Need mostly dps
• Days: Wednesday and Sunday
• Time: 8:30pm - 10:30pm server time
• Difficulty: Heroic! (We don’t progress to mythic)
• Requirements: We expect our members to be encouraging and respectful to each other. Raid experience isn’t necessary - just listening and following direction!

Many members run keys nightly, we sometimes do achievement runs, transmog runs, and non-obligatory normals on a Saturday once transitioned to heroic!
