WHO WE ARE
In Dark Skies we balance solid Mythic raiding progression with everyone’s needs for career and family. But more than that, we’re a community that is a family unto itself, where everyone becomes true friends and get to know each other. We recruit based on both performance AND personality, to create a fun, friendly, relaxed environment where we also kick butt.

We’re a mature group mostly consisting of professionals & parents with young children. So we raid late, after the kids are in bed. Our members range from age 21 to 52, with most in the 30+ range. Our group includes professors, game designers, software developers, college students, and many others.

We value each other as friends, not just as people we raid with. We hang out on discord a lot, including non-raid days, and enjoy helping each other with achievements, farming old mounts, or just shooting the breeze.

Most of all, we’re about people. Because raiding isn’t really about classes, or gear, or specs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1. Personality is the most important thing. We want mature, easy-going people who like to have fun.
2. That being said, we are a Mythic raiding guild, so everybody needs to perform at that level. We’re very happy to work together to bring up our numbers, help with add-ons and macros, etc. We’re happy to take good raiders we like, as long as they’re willing to become great raiders. (We will NOT take raiders we don’t like! We don’t care how great they are.)
3. All ages are welcome, but we are mostly an older group.
4. Respect for diversity is a must. People come from different backgrounds, and we all need to respect that.
5. Please be respectful of others’ time! We all have busy lives and time is at a premium.
6. Must have Mythic logs / progression history. (From previous xpac is fine.)

Raid Team Rules:

• Use the highest level gems and enchants
• Use potions and augment runes on all kill attempts
• Adhere to high standards of play
• Agree to team rules
• Maintain a good attitude when sitting or when asked not to roll on certain loot.
• Use your heads when rolling or bidding on items.
• Consider who else might need an item before rolling

Trials/Raiders Guidelines:

• Trials are allowed 8 absences per patch (6 justified monthly, 2 unjustified for the patch duration)
• Exceeding 2 unjustified absences results in demotion to trial status, with potential removal if absences continue
• Trials can request a meeting with the Officer Council if removed from the team
• Trials may be up to 10 minutes late if they notify the Raid Leader promptly using proper channels

About Peons:
Established since the days of Molten Core, Peons boasts a seasoned core of raiders dedicated to achieving Ahead of the Curve (AotC) and the meta achievements for each raid. We are commitmented to ensuring that each new expansion or season sees us swiftly clearing normal raids before diving into heroic content. Additionally, we prioritize dedicating 1-2 weeks to securing the meta achievement after AotC, fostering a positive and social raiding experience for all members.

Expectations:
At Peons, we hold our raiders to a high standard of class and spec proficiency. We expect members to arrive prepared with enchants, gems, potions, and other essentials, although raid food/flasks are typically provided. While familiarity with boss mechanics is recommended, it’s essential to us that you approach each fight with readiness and a willingness to learn. Furthermore, we encourage our raiders to actively engage in Mythic+ dungeons for enhanced rewards and contribute to our raiding progression.

Raid Times:
Our raids are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-10pm CST. Additionally, our Peons fosters regular Mythic+ groups throughout the week.

A bit about us: Most of us are in our late 20s to 40s, with a few being older! We strongly believe IRL should always take priority over WoW. A lot of our members/raiders have families and other priorities outside of WoW. WoW is life but not that literally. - We strive to have a welcoming and fun atmosphere for all our members new and old.

We love to host contests & events monthly / bi-monthly!!
Contests include but not limited to: Transmog Contests, Guild Lottery, etc. We give out gold prizes for the Winner(s)!
Events: Guild Gambling Night, Fun-Run’s, etc!

Below is our current scheduled activity days:

• Kosher Raiding: Tues & Weds: 9pm EST until 11pm EST
• Saturday: Fun-Run’s: Newer/older raids for achieves/tmogs/mounts. We start around 9pm EST unless the group decides to start earlier/later, depending on when everyone is available!

Hello All,
My Player Name is Attaraxia-Garona. I am currently recruiting additional players for Core Raid spots for Season 4 & for the new Expansion TWW that drops in August.
Here is some more detailed information about the guild

1. Raid - Wed/Thur Central Time from 8-11pm.
2. We run Mythics nightly
3. Have roughly 10+ people online from about 4pm - 2am running content
4. We have discord for Raid, but also just to hang out and BS as we play
5. Mature guild where most players are 30+ years old
6. We have gotten AOTC every season
7. Currently in need of Aug Evoker, DPS Warrior, Mage, Rogue, & Shaman to fill out missing roles.
8. We are mainly laid back, but we do require a certain threshold to maintain during raids. Combat logs are taking each raid night.
