TM is a PvE-oriented guild with a relaxed atmosphere and a friendly, mature community. Prior to WoD, we focused primarily on 10m raiding & fielded multiple teams for years. Since then, we swapped to 20man raiding and have finished each expansion with all AOTCs plus many mythic kills including 13/13M HFC and 5/11M Antorus.

While we were a semi-hardcore group, as of BfA we’ll be taking a slightly less demanding approach, focusing on heroic raiding (and some mythic if time/group allows) as well as M+ dungeons. We’ve re-opened recruitment to any skilled players who are looking for a lighter schedule of 1-2 nights a week for raiding. However, people of all playstyles are welcomed to reach out to us, including those who are only interested in M+ dungeons or playing casually.
Off-night activities include: casual PvP, achv/mog/pet runs, & more. We also play together outside of WoW – Overwatch, D3, Steam, Hearthstone, mobile games, etc. For our social community we host events like our yearly Secret Santa (in-game & IRL) and a guild fantasy football league.
We have been an active guild on the server for 10 years under the same caring, experienced leadership core. Although we push to finish the latest content & appreciate server competition, we feel having a good time with each other is of utmost importance. As laid-back adults with busy schedules during the day, we look forward to both pleasant and efficient groups.

As a well-established, tight-knit community, we’re recruiting for long-term core spots. That said, we welcome casual players who only want to fill in and social members looking for a place to hang out. The ideal recruit:
- 18+ required, 21+ preferred
- Respectful, friendly, & mature
- Continuously works on improving gear & performance
- Able to give advance notice of availability
- Understands his/her class well & keeps up with changes
- If a hybrid class, maintains a DPS set & is comfortable using it when needed (example: healer & DPS or tank & DPS)
- Shares our goal of enjoyable progression
- Comfortable with constructive criticism/feedback
Recruitment for Shadowlands is open to ALL classes!
However, we are most interested in the following:
- rDPS: mage / shadow > elemental / balance > others
- mDPS: rogue / paladin > DH / DK others
- HEALS (off-spec healer preferred): priest / pal > others
- TANK (off-spec tank preferred): monk / pal
All exceptional players would be considered regardless of the above needs. Skill and personality are more important to us. If we’re a good fit, we’ll make it work!

TM has been a successful guild for years because we’re friends as well as teammates. If you’re not willing to take both the ups and downs together (including the wipe-a-thons of new bosses) or if you are only here for the professor plums and not the camaraderie, please don’t waste your time or ours. Guild History:
Ouroboros is a well established, progression oriented guild that formed back in 2007 and had been at the top or near the top of progression on our previous server of Blade’s Edge. Our goal is to advance as a guild focusing on 20 man raids throughout all progression content. Outside of raiding, many of our members also work on Mythic+ Keys, PvP/Battlegrounds, Old Content raids, and other achievement runs.
If you are looking to apply keep in mind that all members should be open to constructive criticism. We like to keep a small guild footprint and expect all members to act as adults and to behave respectfully when dealing with people both in and out of the guild. With that in mind, we do have a sense of humor that can be rather sarcastic and obnoxious at times, so the ability to laugh at yourself and participate in the jokes is definitely a good thing.
Expectations for Applicants:
- We keep track of attendance and low attendance = low priority for raid spots. We expect that you make the majority of raids and inform us on discord when you CAN NOT make one, or may be late.
- You should be fully prepared with flasks, potions, and food.
- You should be very knowledgeable about your class and spec, and current progression fights planned for the raiding week
- Your gear and experience are expected to be near the current level required for our progression.
- Be able to follow instructions and take constructive criticism
Why Ouroboros?
Ouroboros is more than just a group of people who log in to slay internet dargons (spelling intentional) together. We are a community and a family. We stick together through the good and the bad. We’re here to support each other; not just in game, but outside of it as well. This community transcends a simple game. Bonds are formed that carry through into real life. One of the best examples of this is our annual Blizzcon trip and past summer BBQs. People from all across the country (and Canada) travel together to hang out, have a blast, and just enjoy each others company: new members, old members, members who haven’t played in years.
We are also very active in game on non-raid nights, and have regular guild runs of old content. Legendaries, transmog, nerd points, alt runs you name it!! Need help with an Infusion? We’ve got you covered!

You should have an intermediate/advanced understanding of how to play your main class and spec in a raid environment.
Players will come to raid prepared having researched a progression encounter prior to raid time.
Players will have obtained as much gear as possible prior to first raid via:
- Running all possible Mythic 0 Dungeons
- Crafting legendaries
- Any other applicable sources of raid-capable gear
All healers are required to have a mythic-capable DPS spec or alt.
- This means your DPS spec or alt will be able to perform in-line with the overall team’s DPS expectations.
Players on this team will be expected to reasonably keep up with their daily/covenant quests to continue improving for raid.

[H] <Dauntless> 3/10 Mythic CN, is currently recruiting Mythic experienced, exceptional players as we progress through Castle Nathria!
<Dauntless> , US Horde Tichondrius was founded in 2007, and has been raiding 25 (now 20) man content since BC. Our goal is to push progression and continually better our raid, while creating an enjoyable environment to pursue our goals in. We have made a move from Alliance on Proudmoore after EP, and from Cenarius after Uldir, where you can find our previous raid histories as <Tempest> and <Last Pull>, respectively.
We do have an over 20 policy in place for recruitment. While we can arrange a cross-realm trial run, we feel that new members joining us on Tichondrius is important. A guild is more than just the 9 hours we spend raiding together, so we do require that individuals transfer upon joining.
