[A] [Stormrage] Multi-CE Weekend - Sat/Sun - LFM DPS

Eon on Stormrage has been around for the better part of 10 years in various iterations. Whether the guild was playing together on a cutting edge level or pushing title level mythic plus, the core members of this team have continued to play together through thick and thin at a very high level. In Dragonflight we came back together as a team and started pushing mythic progression for the first time since MoP.

There aren’t many strict 2 day Cutting Edge teams out there, and we’re looking to push rankings with the absolute best of them. Boasting leadership with top 50 world experience, multiple realm first kills; You’re going to be put in the best situation to win. This means you need to come to raid focused, but we absolutely want you to come ready to laugh, cry and grow with the rest of us.

Raid times: Saturdays and Sundays from 9pm EST to 12am EST.

Our raid days are Saturdays and Sundays from 9pm EST to 12am EST. This will not change and stay consistent with DST over the course of the year. We do not add days during the tier, except for the very first Friday we’ll always run an optional normal full clear.

Introduction:

Synn, on the Thrall server, is looking to recruit mythic progression-oriented raiders for Season 4 and more importantly, The War Within. While we enjoy having fun, our primary focus is to clear all raid content quickly and efficiently while we compete with other guilds both on our server and our region. We hope to achieve these feats by keeping our recruitment strict and keeping our numbers low, so we’ll be able to gear up quickly and ultimately increase our synergy with one-another.

Guild Info:

Synn has been able to acquire like-minded players with cutting edge raid experience and server/world first raid content in other raid-centric games similar to WoW.

The Synn leadership has experience in running top end guilds and have achieved Cutting Edge in Warlords, Legion, Shadowlands and Dragonflight. We know what it takes to be a successful Cutting Edge raiding guild, and our goals will always increase to ensure we are pushing ourselves to always become better as individuals and as a group.

We have fallen short of CE the last 2 tiers and looking to fix that going into TWW and get CE every tier, and we need the players who are able to perform to do so.

Class Desirability:

While we are going to be looking for specific specs, please be aware that having flexibility within your class holds great value to joining our core. Our philosophy is to be able to play your class, not just a spec.

General Raid Times:

Please note that during progression times we may extend raid times by 1 hour and add an additional day only if we get 100% of the raid to agree, which will be discussed during a prior day.

Attendance Requirements:

In order to compete, we need to run a tight roster. Running a tight roster requires that each member or recruit can make the majority of our raids. If you cannot consistently attend our raids, do not bother reaching out to us.

Applicants must meet or exceed 90% raid attendance by the time that we evaluate you for membership to be eligible for promotion.

Members must meet or exceed 90% raid attendance over the last 30 days.

Founded in Cataclysm, we provide a fun, laid back raiding environment that focuses on mythic progression. We pride ourselves in providing a stable and positive environment for our raiders. Something Shiny on Cenarius has been around since 2010 and is a raid focused guild. Cenarius was connected to Cairne, Perenolde, Korgath, Tortheldrin, Frostmane and Ner’zhul.

We are currently looking for 1-2 more dps and possibly a new warrior tank to join our team! Preferably ranged dps (would love a boomkin or a spriest) but whatever… could use anything really!

PLANS FOR AWAKENED: We are taking Season 4 easy and will be doing heroics and dabbling in early mythics. We have no interest in Awakened and want to not beat our heads in on content that doesn’t excite us. We will go back to being mythic progression focused in the War Within.

Current Progression: 9/9H & 6/9M ATDH
Past Recent Progression: 5/9M ATSC. 5/8M VoTI. FATED 5/10M CN and 5/10M SOD; 4/11M SoTFO; 7/10M CN and 5/10M SOD (almost got that annoying Painsmith); 4/11M SoTFO.
Requirements: mythic raiding xp a plus, good attendance, addons that are a must have by our raiders are Method Raid Tools, RCLootCouncil and Weak Auras. We use a loot council for loot that is tradeable so we can have some sort of control over a balanced distribution. We appreciate people who are not loot greedy and are playing the game more for the kill and comradery than a piece of loot. Loot will come. The understanding and ability to take constructive criticism and use it to help improve and better oneself and the strive for that betterment is an appreciated trait in any of our raiders. We are all here to help support one another to always improve.

We are a fairly laid back group of folks. Our goal is to progress as far as we can without a super aggressive push. We achieved CE during the last tier of BfA but it is not guaranteed and we are not a CE focused guild. If it happens, it happens. But we do not have a casual mindset in the sense that we do expect people to make the effort to do what it takes to be the best they can be (farm for more optimal gear outside of raids in M+ or whatever, be prepared for fights by knowing mechanics beforehand and bringing the right talents, etc.) as we only raid 6 hours a week and have limited time to progress.

We do alt runs (normal/heroic) or achieve runs mainly on Friday nights which our other more casual guildies can join in on along with friends/family outside of guild. All are welcome as long as there’s room.
