Realms: Headquartered on Laughing Skull - Clustered with Gilneas, Auchindoun, Elune, & Cho’gall. ((War Within is not only embracing cross-faction but a mega-server merge, so we’re accepting players across servers this season to raid with us in preparation for the next expansion. We’re not pursuing any content that would be locked out to players not on our realm/server. Once War Within launches, those players will be able to join the guild officially.))

Raid Schedule: We raid Tuesday and Thursday 8-10PM EST. For just Season 4 we’re only raiding 4 hours a week (War Within we’ll be raiding Tues/Thurs 8-11PM EST). Weeks 1-3 we’ll focus on clearing Normal as the Awakened raids cycle through their weekly rotation; if we clear early we’ll progress into Heroic. Weeks 4-6 we’ll be clearing Heroic. After week 7 all Awakened raids become available and we’ll work on finishing up our AOTC if need be. We always achieve AOTC.

Content: Aside from raiding, we do tons of keys of all ranges every day, mega-dungeons, alt-raids on the weekends, transmog and mount runs for those interested. Our Discord community is incredibly active and we’re usually hanging out in there, even if we’re not playing WoW.

Introduction:

Synn, on the Thrall server, is looking to recruit mythic progression-oriented raiders for Season 4 and more importantly, The War Within. While we enjoy having fun, our primary focus is to clear all raid content quickly and efficiently while we compete with other guilds both on our server and our region. We hope to achieve these feats by keeping our recruitment strict and keeping our numbers low, so we’ll be able to gear up quickly and ultimately increase our synergy with one-another.

Guild Info:

Synn has been able to acquire like-minded players with cutting edge raid experience and server/world first raid content in other raid-centric games similar to WoW.

The Synn leadership has experience in running top end guilds and have achieved Cutting Edge in Warlords, Legion, Shadowlands and Dragonflight. We know what it takes to be a successful Cutting Edge raiding guild, and our goals will always increase to ensure we are pushing ourselves to always become better as individuals and as a group.

We have fallen short of CE the last 2 tiers and looking to fix that going into TWW and get CE every tier, and we need the players who are able to perform to do so.

Class Desirability:

While we are going to be looking for specific specs, please be aware that having flexibility within your class holds great value to joining our core. Our philosophy is to be able to play your class, not just a spec.

General Raid Times:

Please note that during progression times we may extend raid times by 1 hour and add an additional day only if we get 100% of the raid to agree, which will be discussed during a prior day.

Attendance Requirements:

In order to compete, we need to run a tight roster. Running a tight roster requires that each member or recruit can make the majority of our raids. If you cannot consistently attend our raids, do not bother reaching out to us.

Applicants must meet or exceed 90% raid attendance by the time that we evaluate you for membership to be eligible for promotion.

Members must meet or exceed 90% raid attendance over the last 30 days.

Special Friends is a longstanding, midcore guild looking to recruit new friends to progress with us in Dragonflight and beyond! Through the years we’ve always striven to do our very best, which has included Ahead of the Curve and many early-to-mid mythic boss kills on our “casual�, six hours a week raid schedule. Our goal is simply to progress as far as possible within the two raid days we have, and enjoy doing so with our close-knit community.

Many of our members have been in Cutting Edge or hardcore raiding guilds in past expansions dating back to Vanilla. Today, we find ourselves a little older and with a little more life in the way, most of us with careers and families. The majority of our player base are facing the boss called Adulthood , in their late 20s to their late 30s, they still want to kill bosses efficiently but not without also having fun with our friends while doing it. Our policies are pretty relaxed, but when it comes down to raiding, we do take new content and our raid times seriously. We expect our members to be diligent raiders, showing up on time and fully prepared. We understand that real life is more important than a game, and occasional absences will happen. With this in mind, we simply ask that our members keep us informed on Discord in the event they will miss a raid and maintain as close to 100% attendance as possible during progression.

Currently, has a roster size of approximately 25 raiders of varying desires ranging from mythic progression to casual orientation, including a number of new recruits. Our core has been together for many years and values the relationships we’ve built together as friends over progress in game. We expect everyone to be dedicated to the game and pushing the limit, but do not consider ourselves a Cutting Edge guild at this time. Finally, we expect everyone to act like adults in our guild; take responsibility for errors or mistakes you make, have thick skin and be able to take a joke, and be open to constructive criticism - we’re happy to coach, but you’ve got to put in the effort first and foremost. That said, we’re an inclusive guild that is welcoming to all - just understand that raid spots are earned, and you may be asked to sit on progression encounters if a certain composition is needed or depending on the extent of your past raid experience. We operate as a team, not as individuals.

At the moment, we are looking for raiders with at least AOTC (and ideally Mythic) experience as we progress further into Mythic. Well established (since 2015) community for older gamers (25+ to join, but I’d say our average is prolly 50-55 ish), Old Timers Guild is looking for more, especially raiders, for our Kul Tiras/Bladefist chapter. Any faction, and server transfers aren’t required unless you wish to join the in-game guild. • Who are we?
  This raid group is heroic focused, with the Ahead of the Curve (heroic clear) achieved each season. If we have the interest and enough people, we’ll pop our heads into mythic for fun.
• When?
  Sun & Mon 7-10 server. Slight accommodations may be made for scheduling conflicts, but attendance is expected.
• Expectations:
  You are responsible for being fully gemmed, enchanted, and armed with the appropriate consumables. However, much of the time, potions, flasks and food are provided. You are expected to do your best.
• Am I guaranteed a spot?
  Mostly. If progression is really rough, or you are particularly undergeared, you may be asked to step out for more challenging content. This is temporary and re-evaluated each week (maybe you got some new gear, or are having a better night, etc.).
• The point?
  We’re here to have fun, and are a group of people that enjoy pushing things a little bit, without the time-consuming focus of a top end raid group. Heroic (and maybe that little bit of mythic) is what makes most of our members happy, so that’s our focus.
• Loot rules:
  Need over greed, as the current game allows, with the courtesy caveat of please need for your main raid spec, need for any offspecs (remember, off spec needs come under main spec needs when you roll, so it’s safe to need), greed for gold or whatever, and transmog for playing dressup (I love dressup!).

Reprieve is a 9/9M Illidan-based two day* raiding guild looking to recruit 1 healer, 1 tank, 3-4 stellar DPS players to strengthen our roster. We are proactively recruiting for The War Within expansion, and plan to have Fated Mythic raiding; MOP remix raiding; and Mythic Fyrakk mount farming to offer during S4.

Our guild places a strong emphasis on commitment, as well as our sense of community & camaraderie. We have cultivated a space we proudly call home, encouraging a first name basis amongst each other.

Holy Paladin, Enhancement Shaman, Havoc DH, Rogue, Priest, Mage, and any RDPS.
Any STRONG tank or healer will be considered! Tank position will be highly competitive.

• Greater mechanical awareness and prowess: this includes the ability to self-telegraph basic mechanics of given boss fight without any raid lead “hand-holdingâ€�
• Prepares for raid by studying boss fights via Lorrgs, WCL, POV videos/streams, etc.
• A core player seeking a long-term home
