Who are we?
The Last Haven is a casual AotC guild made up of adults with busy lives, and those lives come first, but we all joined this guild to make new friends and tackle Dragonflight’s content together! Our raid nights are fun and filled with jokes, but also serious when they need to be. You’ll find a good chunk of people online on off-nights running M+ as a good few of our members like pushing 20s. Alongside our raid team, we have our achievement hunters, alt-aholics, pvp-ers, dragon racers, etc, etc. We’re a pretty diverse group, but I think the one thing that brings us all together is we all found companionship within the guild. So if you’re looking for a group of friends, you’ll find that here.

What are we looking for?
Our raid team is looking for a few more DPS, a healer, and an off-healer. No preference on class/spec. Just come playing what you love.
If you are not looking to raid though and are still looking for a friendly group of people to join, we are looking for that too!

What kind of content do we do?
Raids - Our raid times are Tuesdays and Thursdays 9PM-11PM EST. Our group’s main focus is normal → heroic with AotC. We’ll usually go back and get the raid achievements and run alt raids once we finish AotC.

Mythic + - Many of our players love running M+ keys during non-raid nights! We have members who enjoy more casual keys and those who enjoy pushing high keys.

Casual Content - Let’s be honest, many of us are busy adults with kids and work and IRL stuff, but we all like to play this game with others. Season 4 and Pandemonium Time Running look to be packed with cool new content. If you’re looking for folks to play alongside while collecting mounts, farming dailies, plunderstorm-ing, or whatever else the game is going to throw at us in the next few months, hit us up!

I’m hoping to find more like-minded individuals who are interested in raiding in Season 4 and going into The War Within. We’re a group of friends that have raided together since Legion. We’ve mainly focused on AOTC throughout the years, and are looking to continue that through Season 4 and into TWW. Most of our guild are in our 30s with families and children. We don’t turn WoW into a second job - we enjoy clearing content at a consistent pace and achieving AOTC in a reasonable timeframe. We usually take breaks at some point after we all get AOTC… most of our guild returns the next Season or Expansion. Did I mention we also like to drink on our raid nights and enjoy each others’ company?

Who are we?

Basically, we’re a pretty tight-knit group of people who enjoy pushing heroic and a few of us do some M+ in the downtime. If you’re in a similar boat and aren’t looking to put in 20 hours of work every week just to spend another 6 or 8 hours raiding, I think you should give us a try.

Ok, so what do you need?

We’re looking to fill all spots. We have an open tank slot (for someone dependable, as this is one of the two spots that require attendance), could fit another healer or two, and always have room for a DPS. Sounds good so far… what time do you raid?

You know, that’s a great question, and I’m glad you’re still here. Since we’re all old family types, we raid on Friday and Saturday evenings, starting at 8 p.m. Eastern. We raid for a strict 2 hours (until 10 p.m.) or until we clear/farm the raid for the evening.

We are recruiting for Season 4 and The War Within!

About Us: We are a midcore guild that gets AOTC and progs mythic raid as far as we can. We are undergoing major changes as we have guild members that are interested in progressing mythic raiding and others that prefer to clear heroic. Therefore, we decided to become a bigger community in the next expansion with two raiding teams, heroic and mythic. We want to push mythic raiding harder than we have before, but we also want those who don’t want to do that to have a place in the guild, hence the two teams.

We pride ourselves on clearing content while having fun, and that’s the type of people we are looking for. Many of us have been playing together for years, so we often engage in mature (+18) and inappropriate banter, it’s all in good fun. It is a fact that there are always cliques in guilds, but we all, members and officers, try to make new members feel welcome and included.

We have an active discord, many people in the guild doing M+ of different levels and a few members that do PvP. With becoming a bigger community, we plan on organizing other events as well (community raffles, mad mythics, transmog).

IMPORTANT: For season 4, we are taking it as a chill season. We plan to do normal fated raids for the mount and if there is interest and enough people still playing every week we might do heroic too.

Recruiting: We are recruiting ALL for both our heroic and mythic raiding teams. The mythic team will have stricter requirements as far as attendance (90% ~1 missed raid a month), performance and gear, more on this will be clarified closer to the next expansion.

Raid times for Season 4: Wednesday/Thursday 8-10:30pm EST.

Background

A semi-large group of us from the retail Heroic/Myth prog raiding guild on A52[H] hopped on over to SoD during launch to good success. We’ve had some members drop off due to life or interest, but have in turn gained a few SoD exclusive members over the last two phases that have fit in perfectly.
