Raid Progress (Horde- EU - TwistingNether) is now recruiting for our core raid team going into Season 4! We plan to be a semi-hardcore guild, and we are going into Season 4 looking to step it up a notch.

We are all former semi hardcore players in Mythic+. We are looking for high performing Players to join our raiding team, and ask that all applicants to have some mythic experience to share. We plan to raid Wednesdays and Sundays at 20:00pm - 23:00pm. When we aren’t raiding, we are doing LOTS of m+ keys.

Established in 2020 Hey Nice Marmot is an english speaking, adult, chilled, AOTC, cross faction guild based on EU-Draenor. We have built our community away from the usual toxicity, drama, bs and hostility other guilds and group finder have to offer. We have a great, friendly, and interesting bunch of people aged between 20 and bus pass from throughout the UK, EU and further afield with varying amounts of skill and experience. Some members have played since vanilla; some have only found wow more recently and everything in between.

Our overall goal is to build a great community of like-minded people to enjoy the game together and experience the range of content wow has to offer whether that be raiding, m+, leveling, mount/ach/transmog runs and everything else in between.

Raiding

The marmots have 2 raid teams; a casual raid team and a more focused core raid team. Since forming in Shadowlands we have achieved curve every tier.

Throughout both teams we aim to keep a chilled out vibe, we don’t care about the meta, the best parses or want an intense raiding environment however we want players who are looking to constantly improve themselves, will put work into their characters, learn from their mistakes, be able to receive and give constructive criticism and generally put the teams and guilds need before their own. Just turning up on raid night is not sufficient.

Our Core Raid Team runs 2 days a week (WED/THUR 2030-2300ST). As a more focused team we expect a bit more from our players in regards to performance, consistency, attendance and commitment. As such there will be a trial period for this team. Our Core Raid cycle is usually 12 weeks, achieving AOTC in around 6 weeks and then having the raid on farm and possibly dabbling in a couple of mythic bosses depending on interest and numbers.

Currently our Casual Team currently runs 1 day a week (MON 2030-2300ST) This run is for social members or alts who can’t regularly commit or want to experience the raid at a slightly slower pace and an environment with less pressure of the damage and heal checks of the core raid. The goal is to achieve AOTC before the end of the season and we may add an extra day depending on interest/progress.

Mythic+

We love running m+ and pushing each other’s keys. There are toons and players in the guild at all key levels; those starting out on their journey learning what mobs to interrupt and what mobs blow you off the platform, those looking to achieve KSM/KSH every tier and those pushing higher keys.

Keys are run in the guild daily and we also put on some events and welcome all to build knowledge, experience and have a laugh in a no pressure, chilled environment.

Social

We also enjoy leveling, world quests, doing mount runs, dungeon and raid meta-achievements and some light pvp. We also have an active discord and play other games too!

• Put effort into your preparation. Basic stuff like understanding mechanics and how to deal with them is a requirement. We have a limited raiding schedule, so we don’t fancy wasting time waiting for you to try out every mechanic.

As you might have guessed from the title: we’re a cat cult - wait, scratch that, I’m not supposed to say that out loud - we’re a social casual guild that is recruiting new players for next season.

To get the most basic stuff out of the way: we offer mythic+ content (all sort of levels, including 20+ keys), raids (raid days for next season are TBD, but always 20.30 - 22.15 server time), and we offer an active discord server on top of regular guild chat/perks. All classes are welcome. You do need to be 18+.

Just some things that describes us:

• Most of us are pretty social (we are kittens after all! - okay okay, last cat mention, I promise). It’s a bit quiet now since season 3 lasted for so long, but usually we have an active guild chat and there are people on discord voice practically every evening. We’re not just social when it comes to game stuff - the guild is filled with people who are also interested in how other guildies are doing and what is going in their life. It’s practically an online family at this point. Keep in mind we have some gay people in the guild aswell; so don’t join us if you have issues with that; we want our guildies to feel at home and respected.

  
  

• We’re casual. We don’t ask people to play a specific class; we want people to enjoy themselves, so we want them to play what they want to play. Obviously when it comes to raiding that’s the easiest for people who like to dps, since heal and tank spots are more limited, but we always do our best to make sure people get to play what they want to play. Progress is important to us, but not at the cost of everything else. People’s real lives come first & there is never an obligation to raid with us, or to be there every single evening. Play the game the way you want to play it basically.

  
  

• Because we’re casual we also have players who aren’t as experienced or who need more time to get adjusted to a certain fight. We always try to help as much as we can - elitism is never our answer and therefore we ask new recruits to respect that rule aswell: toxicity or elitism is not allowed. It’s practically the only rule we do have. Of course giving constructive feedback/tips is something else entirely and that’s even encouraged! It does go both ways; we also encourage our members to know their own limits. Don’t expect to be carried in higher content if you’re aware you’re not ready for that just yet.

  
  

• Because we’re so social it would be nice if new recruits are open to that aswell. Participate in guild groups every now and then, offer your help to guildies if you have the time/desire, etc. Of course you don’t have to talk on discord if you don’t feel comfortable doing that. When we’re raiding or doing harder dungeon content it is handy to be able to listen in though (for tactics, and stuff like that).

Innocuous is a newly formed Casual content, Weekend Raiding, Learning Friendly guild on Draenor-EU. The guild is open to both factions (guild exists on Horde however)
