DRAGONFLIGHT
Wooly has seen expansive growth in Dragonflight, with our goals of continual community outreach and member content being a primary focus within our community. We promote a myriad of team-based content via M+ (KSM, KSH, & seasonal Hero teams), and the continual success of our 9x raid teams.

Beyond the holy trinity of raiding, M+, and PVP, we’re also focused on providing more social content in the form of collectable runs (mounts, transmog, & Dragon customizations! ), bounties, geo-guessing events, Timewalking raids, Warfronts, Islands, and social raids for our Wooly community members.

RAID RECRUITMENT
We’re seeking applicants of ALL ROLES interested in the varying levels of raiding that we offer in Wooly, from our Normal entry level raid teams to our Mythic CE teams. Our rosters are healthy, so the applicants we do take on will be ones that are suitable for our rate of progression, but more importantly, for the Wooly culture that we’ve cultivated here.

Note - Check the comments for an updated recruitment list. We don’t recruit for the bench. All classes are encouraged to apply, regardless of what classes are listed in this post at times. The Wooly leadership team values high performance coupled with great attitudes over meta classes when given the opportunity.

MYTHIC+
Seeking ALL ROLES & SPECS. We have an active M+ community that pushes around 300-350 keys per week during the active half of a season. Historically, our keys have range from lower keys to +25 & +26 keys in Dragonflight. Our main focus in Dragonflight is to continue to expand our M+ roster and our active M+ side of Wooly in general.

In the opening week of the Dragonflight Season 1, we completed 395 Mythic+ dungeons as a guild & community, and we beat that number with 405 Mythic+ dungeons completed in Season 2’s opening week. Whilst these numbers are substantial, they also maintained throughout the entire season, with our final week of Season 1 hosting 180 keys. We pride ourselves on the content available within Wooly.

Hello! Hierarchy is seeking players to fill out our Mythic raid roster. We raid 2 days a week: Wednesday and Friday from 7:30pm to 10:30pm Eastern Time. Non-LGBTQ+ friendly need not apply.

In Shadowlands we cleared: 11/11H Sepulcher; 10/10H Sanctum; 2/10M CN.
TM is a PvE-oriented guild with a relaxed atmosphere and a friendly, mature community. Prior to WoD, we focused primarily on 10m raiding & fielded multiple teams for years. Since then, we swapped to 20m raiding and have finished each expansion with all AOTCs plus many mythic kills including 13/13M HFC and 5/11M Antorus. While we were a semi-hardcore group through Legion, as of BfA we began taking a slightly less demanding approach; our focus is now on heroic raiding (and some mythic if time/group allows) as well as M+ dungeons. At the end of BfA we were 5/12M 12/12H Ny’alotha.

Currently we’re recruiting skilled players who prefer a lighter schedule of 2 raid nights a week. However, people of all playstyles are welcomed, including those who are only interested in M+ or playing casually.

Off-night activities include: frequent M+ groups, casual PvP, achv/mog/pet runs, & more. We also play together outside of WoW – Overwatch, D3, Steam, HS, mobile games, etc. For our social community we host events like our yearly Secret Santa (in-game & IRL), fantasy football league, and various contests.

We have been an active guild on the server for 13 years under the same caring, experienced leadership core. Although we push to finish the latest content & appreciate server competition, we feel having a good time with each other is of utmost importance. As laid-back adults with busy schedules during the day, we look forward to both pleasant and efficient groups.

As a well-established, tight-knit community, we’re recruiting for long-term core spots. That said, we also accept casual players who only want to fill in and social members looking for a place to hang out. The ideal recruit:

• 18+ required, 21+ preferred
• Respectful, friendly, & mature
• Continuously works on improving gear & performance
• Able to give advance notice of availability
• Understands his/her class well & keeps up with changes
• If a hybrid class, maintains a DPS set & is comfortable using it when needed (example: healer & DPS or tank & DPS)
• Shares our goal of enjoyable progression
• Comfortable with constructive criticism/feedback

About Us

The Leadership is well organized and structured as a brigade (Everyone has a specific role they manage within the guild).

SAF was formed 2½ months prior to Battle for Azeroth release by friends ( and friends of friends) who raided together at one point or another in previous expansions (with varying mythic experiences). The goal was to obtain CE, which we achieved in Ny’alotha, Cutting Edge remains the goal going from tier to tier on a light 6 hour schedule.

We strive to better ourselves each raid week and becoming a more solidified raiding unit, during trash there is a lot of banter, but when we’re facing a boss everyone turns the script and focuses up and gets things done.

Our raid times are Tuesday & Thursday from 8-11pm EST (Server Time).

Our optional night is Sunday 9-11pm EST. This is also the night where we’ll be doing Sale Runs to keep the Guild Bank sustained for progression costs.

P.S. First two weeks of a new tier (Heroic) we’ll raid on Wednesday (and other off nights) as long as people want to, to clear the instances as to not lose out on upgrades for the raid team.

—What we have to offer—

• We’re a serious yet fun Raid Team without the massive time commitment of 3-5 raids (9+ hours) per week, we utilize the raid times to the fullest extent in order to progress at a steady pace.
• We supply guild repairs for Core Raiders/Raiders/Trials (Incremental per rank (As long as the Guild Bank is kept sustainable throughout each tier))
• During raids we supply Cauldrons, Feasts, Enchants & Gems, Armor Kits. We’ll continue to do so as long as everyone helps keep the bank sustainable.
• Only things you need to supply yourself are Potions, Oils/Stones & Augment Runes.

• Attendance

• Being on 15 minutes prior to raid start, ready to enter the instance.

• If it so happens you CAN’T make raid, you MUST post in our attendance channel (On Discord) otherwise it will be counted against your Trial/Attendance.

  
  

• Fully prepared for raids (Don’t forget grabbing things like your seals (When Applicable)) with consumables such as (Armor Kits, Oils/Stones, Tomes), watching the next fights in advance to have an idea of encounter mechanics)

• Knowing your class in and out, being able to maximize your output for each specific encounter (Talent Switching, don’t be “that� guy/girl who doesn’t care being talented wrong for an encounter, tomes are cheap) being up to date with class changes and so forth.

• Excellent raid awareness, being able to see what is happening around you and what is coming up next to avoid unnecessary damage taken or loss of damage.

• Being able to adjust quickly to changed circumstances that may arise during encounters.

• Team Player, the understanding of a rotating roster (This is very important, we don’t raid on an even 20 man roster, because Real Life will happen) to better optimize the raid for each boss as needed during Progression (WITHOUT getting Salty(We absolutely don’t have any interest in dealing with that)).

• Prior Mythic Raiding experience is required to some degree, you should know what comes with progression (There will be wipes) & a Stable Connection.
