We consistently analyze raid logs to check for performance and message members when we catch things that can be improved upon.

We expect standard raid etiquette to be upheld by all current and new members (i.e being on time to raid, having consumables, having needed weakauras/addons, using potions & defensives properly, not insulting others, etc). We push hard to maximize our short amount of time in raid!

Reprieve is a 9/9M Illidan-based two day* raiding guild looking to recruit 1 healer, 1 tank, 3-4 stellar DPS players to strengthen our roster. We are proactively recruiting for The War Within expansion, and plan to have Fated Mythic raiding; MOP remix raiding; and Mythic Fyrakk mount farming to offer during S4.

Our guild places a strong emphasis on commitment, as well as our sense of community & camaraderie. We have cultivated a space we proudly call home, encouraging a first name basis amongst each other.

Raid Times: Tuesday & Thursday 8PM - 11PM PST

We expect raiders to arrive 15 minutes prior to raid start time.
*We added a third day to secure CE for Amirdrassil.

• Looking to build into 10.2.7 and The War Within - We are likely to take a semi break during the next tier as Fated raids isn’t that appealing. But instead, swap to raiding 1 night a week (Tuesdays) and fully recruit for the next expansion. Goal: CE every tier. Achieved last season during Vault which was our first real push for it, and to continue building from there.

Perks: Open discord community that is always chillen in discord chatting it up at all hours of the day and night. Off Night Alt Raids, lots of KSMs and Push keys for title. People actively playing the game or other games in spare time and still chillen in discord.

About We are just looking to have fun and kill bosses while helping people get better at the game. We have a lot of good raiders that leave the egos at the door. CE Focused, very knowledgeable and extremely active. We provide all videos and weakauras needed to have success at any specific fight. Heavy log analysis to see where we can improve after every raid week. But in the end, we are all goofballs at heart that know how to take a joke, and make them!

We want to fill out our roster for 10.2.7 - We like to keep a roster of 30-35 to start the tier that narrows down to 28-30ish as we start Mythic prog. All roster spots are competitive each tier and we will always take our best when we move forward into deeper prog. We swap people in and out based on the fight requirements, what loot is still needed, and what bosses someone hasn’t killed yet.

Goal is **always to achieve CE for every raider act

Moving forward into The War Within and subsequent tiers our goal is to clear as much high-end content as possible whilst striving to obtain and maintain CE.

We are a midcore guild – an emphasis will be placed on a good atmosphere and positive vibes over blazing through progression.

Currently our raid times are 7-hours/week on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 pm to 12:30 am EST/Server Time (6 pm to 9:30 pm PST). We occasionally hold optional raid days on Wednesday/Monday.

Given our relatively light schedule and midcore playstyle we are seeking raiders who understand the importance of attendance, preparation, and an open mindset.

All applications are always welcome as we move forward into Season 4 and beyond.

While we may be unable to always offer a starting raid spot: M+ players, social players, and backup raiders are all encouraged to apply irregardless of class specialization or parse percentage.

RAID RECRUITMENT
We’re seeking applicants of ALL ROLES interested in the varying levels of raiding that we offer in Wooly, from our Normal entry level raid teams to our Mythic CE teams. Our rosters are healthy, so the applicants we do take on will be ones that are suitable for our rate of progression, but more importantly, for the Wooly culture that we’ve cultivated here.

Note - Check the comments for an updated recruitment list. We don’t recruit for the bench. All classes are encouraged to apply, regardless of what classes are listed in this post at times. The Wooly leadership team values high performance coupled with great attitudes over meta classes when given the opportunity.

MYTHIC+
Seeking ALL ROLES & SPECS. We have an active M+ community that pushes around 300-350 keys per week during the active half of a season. Historically, our keys have range from lower keys to +25 & +26 keys in Dragonflight. Our main focus in Dragonflight is to continue to expand our M+ roster and our active M+ side of Wooly in general.

In the opening week of the Dragonflight Season 1, we completed 395 Mythic+ dungeons as a guild & community, and we beat that number with 405 Mythic+ dungeons completed in Season 2’s opening week. Whilst these numbers are substantial, they also maintained throughout the entire season, with our final week of Season 1 hosting 180 keys. We pride ourselves on the content available within Wooly.
