INTRODUCTION
Audacious is a guild built specifically for WoW Classic. Our mission is to build a roster of skilled players to enjoy classic season of discovery with.

Raiding/Guild background → Cleared up to Four Horsemen in Naxx in Vanilla. Cleared all TBC content being in the top guild on our server. Lead a hardcore guild that was in one of the top 100 US guilds in TBC to WOTLK. Cata(TOP 30 US). Top 100 US in Shadowlands

Previously I was just in speed running guilds for classic WOTLK and with Fusion for Classic.

GOALS
We strongly believe in quality over quantity. Our aim is to keep our guild tight-knit, fun and desirable place to call home filled with people that want to push content. Efficiently completing all raid content that WoW - Classic Plus has to offer is our main goal. We will build and maintain a strong and consistent raid team that is capable of farming content.

EXPECTATIONS
Audacious is motivated to become one of the best semi-hardcore guilds on whatever server we roll on.

RAID SCHEDULE
Tuesday, Wed 8:30-12 PM EST

(possibly a day on the weekend also as BFD will be a 3 day reset initially also) for those that can’t make it to we will fill the slot)

Currently looking for another raid leader or two to form another raid group or three. If content size increases we would merge the groups together or expand raid groups to fit more people in. Looking for casual players and pvp players that may want to fill in raids if a slot opens up due to people needing the night off. Or expand the raid teams if bigger content opens up.

Zero day classic guild that’s stood the test of time with fair treatment and a fun and competitive environment among like minded people. Respect each others time and do preparation outside of raid so that we can just focus on improving the raid as a whole - critiquing mechanics, strategy, etc. We use loot council looking to prioritize improving the raid.

We are running splits for the remainder of TOGC phase with the goal of maximizing gear, however we will not be for ICC phase. Having a split alt now is a plus but not required.

Loot council - will be evaluated largely on raid benefit (value / performance), also taking into consideration recent loot & guild standing

RAIDER EXPECTATIONS:

1. 1. Healers should also have dps offspecs ready. Hybrid dps should have a heal set available if absolutely needed.
2. PTR raiding required when available on scheduled nights
3. 90%+ Attendance. Occasional absences are fine but flaking is not tolerated
4. Be informed on your class. Use discord & sims
5. Come prepared with consumes, pre-pot
6. Occasional benchings. Redundancy and Comp focused, rotation and not a doghouse
7. Communicate. You must speak English and have a mic. If you have issues, suggestions, availability concerns, etc. let us know so that we can make adjustments before it’s an issue
8. Be mature and act like an adult. We’re inclusive so no edgelords, toxicity, offensive/prejudicial junk, abrasive attitudes, etc. We raid as a team so treat people as such
9. Have fun!! It’s a game. Know your audience and when there’s time for some lightheartedness vs hunkering down

Looking for people who want to achieve 25 hardmode/ heroic boss clears. The goal here is to complete each tier in a timely manner. Tues and Thurs 7:30pm -1030pm est.

We will be using a loot council that will cross reference the bis list we prepared. Decisions on loot will be based off personal performance, attendance, signing up on time and overall betterment of the guild. (You show up and perform it tends to benefit the guild and you get loot)

< Island Boys > is a semi-hardcore guild whose core has been together since Classic Era. 50/50 10m TOC HC and 4/5 HC 25m TOGC (Anub HC 5%). We have a relaxed environment but expect attentive, prepared, and goal oriented players.

We operate with a 28 man core group. We’re currently recruiting for depth and higher performance. We run two 10 man groups each week and our main 25 man. We are a fair loot council group that uses RCLootCouncil and thatsmybis.com for added transparency.

Expectations:
Gem/Enchant/Flask/Potion as expected. Pre-pots are expected. Links to guides we use are provided in appropriate Discord channels and familiarity is expected.

Be an expert at your position. Research your class and play the best performing spec for the tier and for our comp. Use parses to your advantage and class discords for research. Lean on leadership for advice when needed.
