About us:
We are an early morning raid team comprised mostly of graveyard shift workers, and people from around the world. Our goal is to provide a home for people who need that niche raid schedule and enjoy all content.

Loot:
Loot list using Thatsmybis Loot distribution is based strictly off performance/attendance and handed out evenly by the raid team as a group.

Schedules:
Weekday Team - Wednesday/Thursday 7AM-11AM
Weekend PuG runs - Saturday/Sunday 7AM-11AM
We also run random pug raids during the week, same start time. Be sure to join our discord if youre interested in other Weekday run times

Recruitment needs:
The Weekday Team is adding a couple of strong driven players for heroic mode progression. We also run exclusive pugs throughout the week and looking for consistent faces for them. Classes listed below.

Being able to make our early raid times is valuable to us, dont hesitate to reach out of your class isnt listed below.

We are currently 5/5, 49/50 ToGC H with two 10M teams who are 5/5, 50/50. We were 54/54 in Ulduar.

Our guild is comprised of a core group of players who have played together since Classic with stellar raid leading. We accept players who are positive and are willing to work towards overall guild success for the rest of P3 and through ICC.

Expectations
*90% attendance rate
*Knowledge of multiple specs for your class
*Individual Preparation for all boss and trash fights with knowledge of mechanics
*Being open to positive critique of your play
*Familiarity with WCL and working to improve your gameplay

Do NOT apply if you aren’t obsessed with your class, or are not 100% confident in your maturity as a human being (at least while fighting bosses). We are interested in folks who are a immune as humanly possible to individual failure while avoiding prima donnas, flakes, lootmongers, trolls and drama kings/queens.

Raid Times
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 6:30 -10:00 We won’t ask you to stay late or come early. Raiding outside of these hours will not be required.

We use TMB with a transparent Loot Priority System. This benefits our raid the most and is most equitable.

We are a progression oriented raid whose focus is to clear all content while cultivating an guild atmosphere that aims to care for the other raid members more than ones own self. We utilize a fair loot system that follows SRs(Established at the beginning of the phase on the TMB site)>MS>OS.

is looking to reinforce our raid roster! We have been a long standing guild that has raid together since before classic on private servers and have picked up many along the way. We have a very diversified age range in the guild but most fall between 25-40. contains a lot of very knowledgeable players to help everyone improve. We take the game serious enough to make sure we make good use of raid time but are always joking around and having fun.
